I have bought 95cm size jockey women inners 3in1 pack while billing they wrongly took 105cm and billed it and delivered, I didnt open the pack in store, when I came home and opened I was shocked, store is 45min far away from my home I couldnt change it, lost 500rs because of sales persons carelessness

Customer service is not good. The workers are maximum persons comes from North India so we cant explain my expectations. Dont interact casually to sales person. So administration consider this matter. Popular branded items not available here like Ramraj and Minister white and so on. But near to bus stand good atmosphere.

Covid protocol not being followed, no sanitizer at the entrance, no or occasional temperature checks. Some staff wearing masks below nose or mouth, customers flouting norms are not being asked to wear masks. This is a big store and have lots of visitors. Appreciate if the protocols are followed for everyones safety.
