This is the main branch in Tiruppur. People are responsive. You will get answers for your queries. Not much value addition to your visit though compared to Metro cities like Bangalore. Decent crowd. Had good experience in my todays visit. Sanitized at the entry.

Tirupur kumarnagar Branch Very poor service & Respond for customer also very bad. I went to bank directly 4 times and Submitted all my proof 4 times, But Still now my account is not active its over almost 2 month.I called 16 times but still no response...

Service is fast for account opening. But customer care service is slow and unresponsive.Convert zero balance account to normal account which have high Minimum balance requirements and then charge heavy charges against it without informing customer.Branch dont have proper parking space as well

Never get a Kotak bank credit cardCheap people will start calling you and abuse you if the statement date is 17september and payment dats is 5october they will abuse you after 17september for making payment these parole have the Slum level basic manners abusive (Akash Thangaraj Chennai is the worst of the lot giving him a telephone is Kotak biggest error I will send him summons from c court or station shortly ) and highest interest on balance dues above 5-6% /month it was a horrifying experience and have already cancelled the credit card and sent many( 25+)letters email but 0 response from any staffs ...Very humiliating experience there are many options in the market with lower interest rates better service ) I prefer to give. —10 star if possible
