Ancient temple located in the heart of the city. Old bus stand is very near some 100 feet away.Railway station is some 1 km from here. Once some 15 years back the temple was surrounded by mutton shops and small shops which was not good for a religious place. The then government took action and removed it and renovated the temple. Now the temple is surrounded by 10 feet tall compound wall, Holistic feelings prevails now inside the temple premises.

If you are in Tirupur or nearby place, you have to visit this temple. Eshwaran temple is nearby, hence you can visit two famous temple in a day.
