I dont know why these guys are behaving like SBI bank employees.Everyone here either doesnt know the processes to do things or they arent ready to guide customers.I went here to convert my savings ac to NRE ac, and they redirected me to Avinashi road branch, and those guys are even more useless. In a nutshell they just wasted a half day of mine and I got nothing useful out of them

I have visited branch to unlock my account and internet banking. They have asked for written consent and a proof. I have provided a written consent and my aadhar card xerox as proof. Thye said they have unlocked my account and my acnt will be active in 2 hrs.. Its been 3 days.. Still its locked.. Am keep calling the customer service, its been 20+ min hold and disconnecting automatically..if I send an email to support team.. They are emailing to visit branch.. If I send a response as I already visited, without proper response, they are closing the issue by themself... Am staying away frm branch too far and visiting the branch daily for unlocking account which I alrdy did is impossible and if the Branch can unlock the accnt, then why they dont have record on my account tat I have visited te branch... Very poor hdfc services in branch and customer support too... In this pandemic, I cant access my funds... Very disappointed on hdfc being a customer for 7 yrs.
