We took a ford freestyle in raba ford dealership they have great hospitality and excellent service we have took a vehicle for commercial purpose becuase of his service we have a 3 vehicle from this dealer

Very poor service in terms of their commitment and service , they pick up my car on 15.11.2019 for the service and i havent got by car back yet.(23.11.2019)Reason21.11.2019 : i called the service centre ,work not finished they said it will be ready by tomorrow22.11.2019 : again i called them , they said your vehicle will be there in one hour , but we need payment to be cleared if i make a cheque paymentBut i already mentioned that i am going to pay by cheque , they should have let me know that i should pay in advance so i could get my vehicle on time , but nothing like that have been done and now we customer only have to compromise with time , they are not bothered with our inconvenienceand they take service time 15.11.2019 to 21.11.2019 (6 days ) just for service apart from this payment issues
