I visited the central for spectacle repair and the service quality was excellent. As it was a minor repair they didnt charge but the service level was very satisfactory.

Kudos to pradeep. First i went to Lenskart for buying the glasses,there was worst customer service for me. Then i choose to buy it on titan. Awesome customer service with pradeep from starting till i receive my glasses. He keep on tracking for me for the frame which one i liked was not present there, so follows. Once i give the order, he stated everything in nice way. Due to some reason, my lenses were rejected on the quality check, as he promised within 3 after the rejection i recieved my glasses. Thanks a lot pradeep. Keep up the good work.

Visit the store often and found the sales support staff members to be very knowledgeable about the products. Once went in for an eye test and i found the ophthalmology department of Titan to be far better and advanced than the leading hospitals around.
