My Mother suffered from Cervical Spondylosis and sciatica for the past 8 months. Through seeing positive reviews in Google, I visited Posture Physio clinic in Rayapuram to consult physiotherapist for my mother. From the first visit itself, Dr Suresh explains about this issue clearly and advised to take some physiotherapy with exercises. Day by day, pain got diminished and feeling better now. Important thing here is, he didnt prescribed any tablets like others and only exercises with physio in nature way. Many thanks to Dr Suresh and also thanks to Nandhini for daily care.

I am a medical student. And I play football occasionally. I had suffered a Partial Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tear on my right knee in July 2020. I was considering surgery (ACL Reconstruction) but after consulting the physiotherapist here along with an opinion from an orthopaedic physician. Both of them advised me to not opt for surgery. So I took physiotherapy here for 2-3 months regularly, following the exercises he suggested.In the beginning, I wasnt sure if could walk normally without pain or discomfort. But he assured that I could return to normal daily activities and I can regain 90% of knee function. Also, he makes you feel positive about recovery. Now Im able to go cycling and Im able to do weights in the gym. Although my knee isnt completely back to its original strength I can do most of the daily activities normally. Im still recovering. The most important thing is that you have to trust the process and be compliant with the treatment and exercise regularly.I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family :)

One of the best I could say , I had pain in my L4 L4 with disk bulge and I am in to sports , went to few physiotherapist but not that useful , but posture physio they just reduced the pain drastically in a week time so I recommend them for their best service in town and reasonable price comparing others 👍 keep doing the work
