Seriously worst service response from u guys... Wat d hell were u doing wen we arrived.. no proper reply given by even 1 responsible person.. at last I came to fix my service the next day and hey didnt fix.. worst experience..
Worst service. Poor communication no responsibility. My bike was in the showroom for 4 months just engine starting problem not even completely 1 year. But they ask me 8500 but I have waranty . They told some cleverly answered to me. Finaly I paid that money. After that still I have 1 free service . But they told me service time fineshed. But my bike was in the showroom 4 month for finding problem ( they cant find engine problems) so cheap management customer free service moeny also taking .... they are spoiling Yamaha name
Poor service...only mony motive. After complete free service and waranty then they charged extra mony. Not responsible for the customers needs. Even not proper communicate.... Not proper work .... completely disappointment........ management not responsible for even free service and waranty time........if it is like that in the future they will loose customers and Yamaha brand name

Within tirupur this is the best service centre,All Mechanic are very well trained and knowledge,All parts are genuine and less price.
Worst service takes 5 days for a simple general service. They wont start the service until you call for some 10times and ask for status.Even if the bike is ready you have to call them to know the status they wont call us.The wait time for taking the bike is lottttt no one will even care that youre there and not even a water bottle will be provided!!

Service is good.I bought my Yamaha - Saluto from here. Its been more than 1½ year. People are good and helpful. They are kind and very informative. Vehicle condition is good. Periodically alerting for service information is being provided. Showroom is also good situated on the main road and is easy to reach out. Also noticable from traffic.Planning for Yamaha bikes, I suggest to buy here.

Worst service ever. Takes two days to deliver. Spare parts are too expensive. For example, Chain sprocket for fazer V1 here costs around 2000 rs while it costs only 1400 at other spare parts shops.
