This hotel located on one way road. Hotel building situated just on the road and parking for cars is very tight and has space for two only. Others parked on road opposite side. Hot water availability 24 hours. We took hot water bath at 2.30am. In double room the queen size spring mattress is not comfortable as it is bumpy while other person makes a slight movement.

One of the worst experience. Service was very bad. Room was clean and tidy. But few of the main things like the key and the AC didnt work. Had a short-circuit too.

Here it comes.. THE RICHMAN HOTEL!! It can be a very good hotel!! But it wont be!! Reasons- your only option is this you cant go anywhere nearby...autos are plane here!! For a km its 100rs!! Some good hotels like ginger and all are a bid far but after traveling so much u will stay here!! Reception persons are inserted and works on some kind of chips i think!! Even if u dont like the reception peoples u cant helped it!!Help notes - here some call taxi are working like red taxi and sarvana call taxi!! They are same as ola but takes like 10 -15min to pick u up!!Overall its a good hotel for family and middle high class people...good rooms!!it can be rated more good if they price the hotel equal to money and reception person act as human then robots!! And treat a guest and privilege them accordingly!!

The location of the hotel is spot on. If you check in to this hotel Tirupur starts to look small as every major area is very near to this location.I stayed here for one night and my experience was quite good. Check-in process was not late as I arrived unannounced yet they they were courteous enough to upgrade my room. The service is really good & professional.My room was really spacious with all the basic amenities and air conditioner. Bathroom was also equivalently spacious and hot water use to run throughout the day.They do have a restaurant in the first floor but I never opted its service, there is a decent banquet area in the terrace with a huge open dining area. Ground floor has motorcycle themed bar which is elegant in decor.They have good gated parking facility with in 100 mtrs from the hotel for cars and bikes can be accommodated inside the hotel building itself.Though its located on a one way street, you can access both streets using back door which makes it even better with connectivity to the major shopping centres and restaurants.They do accept all kinds of digital payments and cards.I would defiantly recommend this hotel for its great location.-BeingBakasura

Okish place to stay...ac rooms costs around 1.8k. Located in prime location ... nearby railway station so easily accessible. If you are planning for a fun weekend with friends this will be good..for family I would keep this as third option 😅

I had booked 2 AC rooms each rs 2000.One room was fine.However the flush of the European closet in the second room wasnt working.. So I went for a change of room . In the other room which the management gave also didnt have water supply.....

Excellent place to pick for working professionals who want to spend a night in Tirupur. Its bang in the middle of the city - Ram Nagar - and its very close to the Pushpa theater bus stop where intercity private buses frequently move. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bedding and breakfast is decent. My only issue is with the terrible quality of food served through room service.

We booked online. We enquired while checking in . 24 hours checkout.Car parking is at different place. It is at 4 shops before the hotel.Room was basic. It doesnt feel like hotel room. There was zero interior.We were told restaurant will be open by 9:30 PM. We went to restaurant right after checked in room. Only Phulka and Chappati were available. We ordered them and chicken pepper gravy and mushroom masala. Phulka and Chappaties were soft and good. Chicken pepper gravy was average. Nothing special. It took 30 mins to prepare the order.We went to restaurant for morning breakfast at 8.15. They told it would take 10 mins. But they served at 8.45. The menu was simple. Uthappam, Set Dosa, Coffee and Tea. Cocunut chutney was good. Sambar was average. Found small insect in coffee which is bad. The coffee was replaced which is okay. But I doubt the kitchen hygiene.Overall the stay was average. Wouldnt recommend.

Rooms are great and comfortable. The hygiene is good. They provide basic necessity. But the corridors mostly smell of cigarettes and that can get a little annoying. You get buffet breakfast as complimentary.

A very worst food, we ordered a breakfast for 30 members for a small function in home. Their charge is too high for that, and the food they delivered is utterly waste, its not in a high class standard. Even its not in a standard of Mess type hotel. Its really a worst experience with them. only they focusing on money not on quality and on customers.

Perhaps a decent place considering tirupur isnt that big. The cleanliness takes a hit as I found cockroaches on the bed. Overall, the rooms arent half bad but the AC may start leaking water in the room or the TV may stop working. The staff is prompt and helpful. The location is good. The road behind it has plenty of food options including Gupta sweets which has north Indian snack options. The complementary breakfast is decent here as well.

I booked the hotel at the last minute. When I went to the hotel, the receptionist shocked since it was a over booking. Then he called up a guest and the guest said he is not coming, so I got the room. The room was cozy and the bathroom was narrow. I was unable to open the bathroom door fully since it was hitting the wash basin. The bathroom lock inside was little tricky. Only few lights were put on even though lights were fixed everywhere. The staircase lights were off when I checked in. I asked for Bournvita for my kid @ 10:45 PM but it was not available. I managed to get it from outside. But overall the stay was a good one. The hot water was available 24 hrs. Check in and check out is 24 hrs. The staffs need little training and professionalism. The boy who was there in the restaurant was little active compared to others. We did not know the dosa was been served in the breakfast, it was not available on buffet and it will be served once we order and nobody informed us. There were no Tea cups available and the tea was served in juice glass.

Not a good service

Very good looking hotel for staying and spending time with your business person, but for a normal people it is little bit expensive. The food is hear is very good and the service is satisfactory level, great place for tourists especially for NRI and other states people. Also they are offering complementary breakfast and the WiFi but you have to pay for it , overall I got a good vibe at this place and I would drive there for a peacefull meal for a day.

WE STAYED FOR 5 DAYS ON BUSINESS TRIP. THE STAY WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, ROOM SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF MEMBERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND CO-OPERATIVE. NO NEED TO GO OUT FOR FOOD AS THEY HAVE THEIR OWN FOOD BOTH VEG AND NON VEG AND WE LIKE THE FOOD VERY MUCH. THE STAY WAS VERY CONFORTABLE AND NO ISSUES WIH THE WIFI AND CHECK OUT WAS VERY GOOD WITH FLEXIBLE WITH TIMINGS.THIS IS VERY GOOD FOR BUSINESS STAY AND VERY CLOSE TO RAILWAY STATION. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE WITH COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST.BOTTOM LINE. WE WILL GO THEIR AGAIN IF NEED ARISES TO VISIT TIRUPPUR.

Stayed here for a week in Aug 16. Nice and very clean. Courteous staff. Cameras everywhere including the lift. Parking provided at nearby vacant site.Full signal WiFi even in my room unlike the general lobby only kind which you find in many other hotels.Tried the dinner cause they were calling every evening to inquire my dinner plans.Yo ! Dinner at the restaurant was delicious which was a surprise !

Visited hotel sri suriya many a times for my non veg cravings since my childhood. The food here has a homely touch to it. Prices are lil higher compared to other restos in locality. But they make it up with quality. A must try in Tirupur.

Rooms are good. But after rains you will find water leaking for that they will give silly reasons. They will clean your room without your consent and you are not in room when asked they said they do for all guests. After I questioned on security of my luggage they stopped.

Everything was good. Only small hitch, generally nowadays most hotels keep Electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar sachets for early morning or other time own preparation, not found in this hotel. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Food was good/Ok, even with lesser number guests I found on 22nd and 23rd, the quantities were near exhaustion.

Is an average hotel for middle class. I chose to stay in Standard Non A/C room(winter season - fan is also too much). Basically, AC and non AC rooms both are same. In case of non AC booking, thay simply turn off the main switch of your room AC from somewhere outside( reception or somewhere). Pros:-1. RFID room key. Thats a very good feature.2. Spring Beds3. Complimentary WiFi speed is very good. Approximately 3 Mbps speed per device( might vary if everyone starts using). This is excellent uninterrupted service.4. Complimentary breakfast. Taste is OK. Not great. Not bad either.5. Hot water 24x7 (1 con also).  You never get properly. It starts with luke warm and starts going cold slowly.6. Very near to Railway station.7. They asked about our dinner by personally calling and confirming at dinner time.8. Complimentary one mineral water bottle per room.9. Toiletries include - 2 new toothbrushes, 1 new toothpaste, two small soaps, 2 shampoo sachet. (Didnt use toothbrushes but i hope it is also complimentary). Cons:-1. Door lock of bathroom wasnt proper. Atleast mine was not proper. It was completely loose. 2. Pillow covers and bed covers had stains. 3. Sitting chair cushions also had stains.4. Pillows looked brownish/greyish either due to repeated usage or oil from hairs of users. Requires immediate replacement with new ones and not supposedly washed ones which still looks dirty.5. Water in bathroom wasnt as hot for a winter season as a customer would expect. Not even little bit hot. It was just lyke warm that also half a bucket maximum. They have a centralised water heating system and not individuals. Should be fine for summer season. 6. TV has maximum Tamil channels. Should be fine for state tourists. Two sports and two cartoon channels are the only option for others. No Hindi/English news channel also.7. There is no charging point in bathroom if you wish to use electrical trimmers. Better to carry battery operated shavers/trimmers.8. No digital safe. ( Might be in better rooms but doubtful). summary: better for 1 day stay. if you are business traveller and need a safe then you maynot get. Overall its a decent economic hotel for Tiruppur stay.
