Samsung is always best in customer service.It is in Ram Nagar 1st street which is exactly in One way from Railway Station to Avinashi Road.I have given my Washing Machine to repair Drum 29 th June 2021 and received it on 14 July 2021 which means 15 days around.Due to COVID-19 issues it was delayed to receive drum from SAMSUNG - explanation by service center.I had an issue with the serviced Washing Machine and they took more than 3 weeks to come and check it.Never ever had this worst experience with SAMSUNG . Very worst customer service.

Dont trust on them . They will say after our service it works properly for 5years that was our guarantee like that but finally u will get ur product as worthless after their service .Worst response and money minded people too. They did not have any professionals to solve the problem and i have spend nearly 6k for my front load washing machine (3years old)and even they didn’t solve the issue but they took 2 months duration also and after two months they asked me 6k extra again and so i decided to buy new one and old one which was serviced by them is decided to put in scrap finally ..Better u can look for some other service center or arrange technicians privately which is much better
