Jaivabai School was built by my grand father Devji O Asher in memory of my grand mother. He strongly believed in educating women. In fact my mother, Sharda Samapat who became a widow at a tender age of 17 went back to school at this institution and completed her schooling and also became a master in Education. I, Dr.Jay Sampat residing in USA am very proud of the achievement of my grand fathers dream. My heartfelt congratulations to the women who have completed their education successfully and have become some of the most outstanding citizens of India.I would like to see my grand fathers name mentioned in this site to keep the memory alive and continue his legacy of educating women for a long time to come...

Worst school ever . Not coaching well, and careless teachers ,not a proper response to students ,very very worst .dont join the school plss!!! Thangakani sir is a rude behaviour on students ..and speak bad words ! Total money waste school !!pls dont join..

I joined the Parent Teacher Association of this school in 1989 and worked for the development of this school for 20 years till 2009 as the Treasurer, Secretary and President of the PA Institute for the development of this school. The school has won two National Principals (Mrs. R. Zareenbanu Begum 2002, A. Vijaya Anandham 2007) award for this school. The school has participated 10 times in the National Childrens Science Nation and 3 times in the Indian Scientists Conference. In the development of this school, I have been instrumental in getting an acre of this school space from the Rotary Matriculation School to the Supreme Court and reclaiming the school space. The number of students in this school in the year 2009-10 was 7285. It is the largest school in Asia.
