Very poor customer service. Had more or less similar experience as was posted in the earlier reviews. The sarees are undoubtedly beautiful and they have good collections too, but they are not approachable to address any kind of customer complaint or redressal and they cant exchange or return. The white & black saree I got had brown muddy stains at least at 5 places and when I informed them they asked me to wash and use it ! They were not ready fr a replacement if the stain disappears on washing. And I was shocked to see that on the website they have given the after care instruction fr the same saree as dry wash only.When I pointed out them about this they tried to explain that their sarees are handmade and hence are prone to have stains, instead of accepting it and offering exchange. Finally they said they wll refund, but as I liked the saree I still wanted to keep it. They sounded like I was wrong in asking them fr a replacement of an item for which I spent 3000 rupees. Treating customers without respect is very unprofessional and when I attempted fr another purchase they very rudley said I can do it through their website. If u cant be nice to your customers please dont be at least rude to them.

I have bought 7 sarees from here in the past few months. 5 of them seems same as in the photo. But madurai pattu sarees seem different in colour compared to the picture. Blouse is very thin and cant be used because it is not worth to stitching charges. Disappointed with the 2 sarees. I can understand that some difference is expected in the colour of a saree when it is directly seen. But blue to green is major change and is not acceptable. When we contacted they tried to convince rather than giving solution. Unfortunately replacement also is not there unless it is damaged. They are not giving attention to customer satisfaction. I doubt whether i can buy further in this circumstance.
