Highly frustrated with the staffs...I ordered gold name dollar worth ₹15k for my baby paying an advance of ₹5000 they said it will take a week.. but they didnt even call me once it is ready.. I called them to check whether it has arrived..I lost the bill for the name dollar but had snap of the bill on my mobile and showed it to them.. they didnt even accept it eventhough I showed my original proof.. The bill was in my my name... Staffs said we need to consult with our manager and asked me come tomorrow..No authority to take decision as I needed it on a particular day.. Highly frustrated and walked out of the shop... No more purchases on KRBS..

Very few collections available in the economical and daily use section. Staffs seem to be disorganized and response were at times annoying. Wastage percentage also is a bit on the higher side. Okay kind of experience and even billing negotiation for card payment is warranted to waive off service charge
