Actually you get good collection for men compared to womens collection. It feels like that here. One of the biggest clothing shopping places in Mangalore.

Very good collection. Prices are reasonable. Everything from collection of clothes to billing is well organized. Its very spacious, has lovely ambience and has many trial rooms. Staff are very professional and helpful. I was attended by Ms Asha A. She was very patient and helpful. Very happy with her awesome service. Do appreciate the management for appointing such professional staff. Overall a best place for shopping. Great job Jayalaxmi team.

Awesome place to buy dresses and dress material for all ages with reasonable pricing. I roamed all over city centre mall Westside FBB Reliance trends life style etc etc looking for 8 year old kids dresses but they were all dull colors. the best variety and price range i could only find it here. There is one more jayalakshmi in udupi near udyavara which also has good variety.

I have had the worst experience shopping from jayalakshmi silks and sarees bejai ,mangalore . i recently bought a banarasi silk saree less then a year ago for 12000 and its already tearing apart from all corners .its brand new and never worn nor washed and the threads are already thin and rotten.they have clearly sold me a very old stock ,bad quality saree for a extremely high price . its scamming and they have the worst feedback. i wouldnt suggest anyone to ever shop there .the customer serivice clearly refused to exchange or refund and didnt give any guarentee for the purchase either.- priya shetty ,mangalore

Cheap material and over worked staff who makes mocks customer if asked for more choices. They won’t let you come out of that place until you buy their cheap stuff. The rate is high compared to the quality of the material.

Awesome place with extremely good collection of dresses, kurthis and sarees. Even kids wear they have very good collection.Reasonable priced and durable.

Good collections of apparels. Pricing supports economic buy. The most spacious showroom at Mangaluru. Salesman/woman are very cooperative. But dont expect any discounts in final bill or any complementary gifts for huge purchases.

Very bad experience. Staffs were so lazy and unfriendly, they just dont want to show the sarees, more than showing the sarees they prefer folding it back. They dont even bother to ask if the customer just walks away. Over loaded with staffs good for nothing. First of all collection is not great,over that they show attitude. I went twice thinking I might have ended up in hands of wrong staff..but second time prooved me wrong. Please think before going to this place. We have 10 times better than this place in mangalore. This is experienced by so many customers. Bad place to shop.

The best place for a women to shop.... Three floor building and vast collection of cloths... There is also kids play area in 2nd floors.... There are also shirts for men.... A must visit textile shop in manglore... You will get everything here.... A to Z.

Reason for the 1 star is because of my experience how sales executives treated, we were asked to seat in saree section and waited for about 15mins but none showed up, they just show they are busy at work instead they chit chat among themselves. Compared to any other clothing shops they have lot of sales executives, they couldve handled well, but it didnt meet the company standards. Very disappointed! We just had to leave the shop because of the bad experience.

This is one of the biggest collection showroom in Mangalore....Here you will get to see the cheapest to the most expensive dresses....There are 3 different floors for kids, ladies and gents.....and the staff service is very good.Its not a problem to park the car....the parking space is too big.

This time I loved the visit and the whole customer experience. We left our kids to play in their play zone and their executive made note of our phone number and took care of the kids. She said she will call us incase the kid cries for us. We completed the shopping without kids around and thats why it was a great experience.

A wide range of sarees much as per your budget. You name the colour, they have it. Pattern, design, border, type...everything. Majority of the Attendants are really good people & they pick up on your type of choices quickly.

Big showroom. Not very crowd. But high cost, less selection. For Kanchipuram wedding sarees, less colour variations available in medium price range (20-30k). Staff doesnt understand our need or colour choices.Other sections are good and nice. Lot of selection available. Not an option when it comes for christian wedding saree selection.

Really good place! There is an enormous collection for all price ranges. And the staff are too polite and kind and theyre enthusiastic at all times to attend to you. No one shows any lethargy. Theres excellent collection too! In all categories allotted to different floors! The waiting lounge, washrooms, facilities etc are spot-on too! I was eager to give a five star review to this place! I blindly recommend this place to anyone anyday!

Well organized textiles mall, good collection and each floor is dedicated to different options, a bit higher priced but extensive buying options.

Wide variety of clothes available however latest design clothes arent on the display. One Saree which my mom brought some days back started stinking, she had a tough time with that Saree however fabrics was of good quality.

We went there having huge expectations but they were not upto the mark. The wedding saree (kanjeevaram)what they showed in 25-30k range were not elegant. Nothing could impress us. Not much colour variations available. But below 15k range they have pretty good collection of sarees. We bought few sarees in that range.Also the network inside the store is not great. So in case of you are video calling to show it on the other side. It might be difficult as they do not have wifi facility.The washrooms here are clean and well maintained.

Jayalakshmi is pretty popular for Saris. For Sari lovers it is worth visiting there. The ambience, the staff were good. They were really helpful in finding our need and requirements. Initially I thought, they had just women section but I was wrong. There are couple of floors in their building and off course it is divided into men and women categories. Overall experience was great.

It was a very pleasant experience to buy clothes here. I had a few colour combinations in mind when I went here for my bridal sarees. Krupa and Lavanya were very helpful and helped me find sarees in those exact colors. Very good collections for a decent price. They also draped upon me and showed the sarees I had selected, so I could have a better Idea of how they might look. I would recommend this place anyway for a bridal collection.

Good place for buying cloth for aunti uncles. Marriages. Given employment for many poor ladies which is appreciable, yet they are not professional. A lot of basic training required for them. You feel stuffy while choosing, as they interfere unnecessarily.

Pros: Amazing range of collections for any and every occasional wear or even for formal and casual wear. One-stop shop. You dont have to go anywhere else. I found my perfect wedding saree in Jayalakshmi. Also, the staff and the manager are really cooperative and friendly. Had a wonderful experience shopping here. Will visit again! Thanks to the manager for arranging lunch for my family as we were shopping since morning and it was getting late for lunch. That was really sweet. Special thanks to Mrs.Jayalakshmi and Ms. Lavanya from the saree section. 😊Cons: No discounts ,whether you shop for ₹500 or ₹50,000. We did get different gifts like purse, wallet, clock and handkerchiefs, but we had to ask for it. 🙄

Good place to do saree shopping. The sales persons need to understand a but more of customer tastes. They are currently only seeing your budget and showing you items based on that. What they need to learn is that people will pay more, if you ask them more relevant questions than the price. Salesperson are all women, and very attentive and courteous.

I had very nice experience shopping in Jayalakshmi silks, bejai. There is a huge collections of different types of clothes for any occasion to wear. I must say about the employees over there. They are very kind and genuine. I had demanded for a salwar with green colour which I couldnt get while searching. So I had to choose other color and when I was about to pay the bill, the sales girl came (ground floor) to me and told she found the colour which i demanded. I was so surprised by seeing her genuineness towards the job.. very happy to shop from Jayalakshmi silks
