Honda will lose their brand value value because of Sundaram Honda Tirupur. Worst customer service and poor response.. Blaming customer for their employees mistakes.. Even Service manager encouraging this activity..Better skip Tirupur and move to Coimbatore Manchester Honda..

No spares stock..they took 15 days after taking advance to deliver thecar...service advisors.and Managers indiffrent attitude.Manchester honda is better

The service work was not great. There were several complains- BP was not satisfactory, AC disinfectant was just done for billing sake as AC vent was full of dust. Avoid Sundaram Honda, Tirupur.

My Friend had bad experience with this service center . We Visited the showroom for side mirror insurance claim. After delivery the paint was getting faded in a month and raised a complaint against this.. But the service manager and delivery person were blaming the customer stating that you might have used some chemical or acid. Very worst response from the service centre

WORST EXPERIENCEAs we given our car for basic oil service and water wash, and they told you will get delivery by next day. But the next day they called me and told that your key got stucked, and it is not working and you have to pay around 14000/- for the whole lock set, and we said NO for that. And we came directly to the service centre and ask them to remove the lock set and we gave it for outside service for just 500rs/- They didnt even check it and simply asking for 15000rs. And also the mistake is done from their side, and they are not accepting. Worst sevice ever####

Even people dont know basic work of changing the tire but they charging very huge amount for faulty work. Which i get it done just 1/3 of their cost correctly in out side where TVS asked to change the tire

My personnel experience in sundaram honda tirupur branch was service advisor Mr.sivakumar has very good and listener. Regarding service here is average because i asked them some noise came from my front wheel, still its not recified properly but they have charged for that. I dont know about other but in my experience service worker were not handle properly in my car.

Apart from all considerationi came to realize buy some usefull very usefull peoples in sundaram honda who get me buying honda jazz ...nice approach on customer handling..i like sundaram honda

Worst experience. guys pls dont fall in their trap. they will tell any thing to buy a car from them . But while service time they will completely opposite of that. poor service at high cost. workshop consist of old machinery, when ever we asked it will be of fault.
