The experience was awesome. Rabba ford is highly sanitized due to the corana and clean. The hospitality of the staff is wow and awesome.I am assigned with Jeeva and Simbu as Service Advisor. They are simply awesome... They updated me each and every hour, and every part change. The communications are really awesome. I admire.Now talking about delivery. Zero waiting time. I inspected my vehicle and asked for the bill. It was less than 10 mins to take the car out. Really really fast. The staffs are very supportive. Cool.. I will visit Raba Ford for future services as well.I highly recommend Jeeva (Bodyshop advisor) and Simbu (Service Advisor).Keep up guys! Good job!

Communication is very bad with internal team,Service engineer dont no how to solves customer complaints, and no experience FOR EVERYONEDont to no how customer requested problem to clear in car,I have done payment full invoice value amount, but I have requested problems not solves in my car and not done same, they have only one way to charge payment,Very bad with Tirupur Ford service.

First of all, booking an appointment was a mess. While booking an appointment they confirmed for karuvampalayam branch but when I took my car there, they said they dont do regular service there. Later they said they will hand over the car to their other branch where service is done and they will contact me to inform me about the service cost and understand my complaints. Also, while booking the appointment itself they assured me that car will be returned on the same day. But none did contact me for several hours. When I called them, they were unaware where my car was. Eventually, after so much of delay, they started the work in my car but they said they cant deliver on the same day. I asked them to return the car without servicing but they resisted it and said they will return on the same day. A technician returned my car very late in the evening and asked for cash payment since their office is closed by that time. I had to run to several ATMs (most didnt work) to get cash. After seeing the invoice, I realised that they had done a blunder mistake of doing 2nd year service. They were suppose to do 3rd year service. Such a pathetic experience.
