Worst customer support, i dont know the reason why my card has blocked and trying through all their customer support the format they provided is not even working to unblock my card. through their toll free number if i entered my card number or acc num means its simply saying you have exceeded your entering limits. very frustrated. I dont want to provide a single star for their service. half a day waste of tme

The guys in the front desk is kind enough to answer your queries but have no basic transaction knowledge. I asked him for cash deposit query which he made me to roam all around the bank with no solutions. He gives a plain answer until a problem arises and it continues until all methods are tried. He has a nerve to say even ICICI palladam main branch has similar methods which is not when I went there. What an idiot. I hope manager teach the employees about basics instead of sitting in AC room all day and does nothing.
