Good customer service and product also very good.im happy for using IFB products.

Small store but on the other hand price and customer service was excellent. Genuine products and spares. One thing that personally disappointed me was, 1 or 2 models only displayed for demonstration, this need to be improved. Otherwise my experience in that store was satisfactory.

Very poor customer relations from the serviece centre. I was trying continuesly to reach the customer care for the 2 days where it was always busy and call on waiting. Finally reached them and it was answered by a women, who dis not get any details from me like my address or telephone number or product detais. She directly said that their serviece engineer will visit me. She neither know my product nor my complaint. Meanwhile she said hold on for a moment and spent more than a minute, chatting and laughing with someone near her. I really got angry on her way of approach and asked her if this is the way she receives all customers call? Usually yes for all complaint calls was answer and she refused to say her name. Once I started describing her way of approach and she handed over the telephone to an other person.I am really surprised how the managemet has been working with this kind of customer realtions officers and if they are aware or not. The management has to come forward to rectify or else the IFB India has to change the dealership for Tirupur.

The lady who speaks in customer care is not at all responding properly. She is speaking with some other guy while the call is going on. Such a worst manner ever seen.
