Very poor service. We brought a mixer from ramnath. after 1.5 yrs the motor got damaged. So we gave mixer to them for repairing.. they took too much of time like after 1.5 months they not even touched it. heavily frustrated and took our mixer back and gave it to local repairing shop.

Even though not great prices available, they are the best people available for service of all kitchenwares.

Almost all varieties of home appliances are available at best rates and quality services. But, customer area is very little, as materials are placed all over the places. I should especially mention the elderly owner of the shop, who will never allow you to leave disappointed. Very very service minded.

Today we had approached the store for service of my mothers mixer grinder, since she had much trust about the store and also a regular customer but unfortunately she lost her trust after the service because after reaching our home only we came to know that mixer grinder which has been serviced and returned to us is not the original mixer grinder and she is damn sure about it.Since we havent taken any pictures of the mixer grinder before approaching for servie,I cant acuse the store about the service 100% full heartily.Readers be careful when ever you are servicing your electronic as well as home appliances...
