Good but customers service should be improved e.g. while customers are choosing a goods staffs should be support him for sizes and all. I found lake of staffs in the mall.

They show offer rate for products at home shelf but billing happens at upper rate to customers... Cheating the public...So public be aware that they bill at correct rate....

Loved it all in one food, grocery items, make up items, etc.. clean and neat, barbecue nation we must put an appointment before entering in , Roshan shop we can buy bags and purses. Here we can get jigirthanda 🍦🍨, falooda ..etc. even we can get make up things inside.

Big Bazaar, well, no need to tell about this chain of malls. The one in Tirupur is located in the heart of the city near The Corporation office. Good number of staff but some are less aquainted with the merchandise and details. Groceries, toiletries, apparels, kitchenware, toys, vegetables, beverages, stationary, home appliances, textiles, plastic ware etc., have separate sections. Quality of the products was quite good. One cannot expect high value branded goods. Enough parking space. Sundays are crowded. Billing staff are less trained and always one or two counters only working irrespective of the waiting queue. Billing person cheats on bill.. Kindly make sure at the time of billing... You have billed correct amount or not.. Since there are so many offers they print bill wrongly

Id rate it 3.5. I dont know whether the centre here became worse due to less stock movement in this pandemic or it has been like that before.Ive visited other Big Bazaar(s) which were awesome but not this one. It practically had very less stock. Please improve it.

Not much products and most of sections seems empty may be due to corona

I joined in the profit club membership. But for last four months it has no stocks in it to buy.They just kept bits and pieces of few items those nobody interested to buy. Indirectly bigbazaar tirupur is using public money as interest free loan.If I close the account, I am going to loose the offer committed for the memberahip. So either way public/customer is screwed up.

Really pathetic customer management in floors... No adequate sales staff in 2nd floor and first floor...If we stand there we were clueless.... Because of Covid scenario they were not operating the A.C. The announcement speakers give irritation to you continuously. Horrible experience
