Nice and luxury hotel in this city

Hotel is big and neat. Room are ver tidy. But the towels they gave (2 of them) had brown stains. They need to compare it with their sheets ans provide them to guests. The sheets themselves are neat and washed, but they smell burnt.

I am staying in this hotel since last 3 years. Over a period of these 3 years, I am seeing thay this hotel is detroirating in quality gradually.This time when I stayed there was no hot water in bathrooms ( there system for hot water was not functioning ) , breakfast was A la Carte ( not a normal Items on table and you choose setup) , by the time my ordered breakfast item arrived , tea was finished and by the time second tea arrived breakfast item was finished.Room was smelly, provided towels were smelly.Room opening key ( a card key ) was also tricky , only the hotel person could operate, I tried but I was unable to open.There were mosquitoes in room , finally I have to ask for mosquito repellent.In my last stay in September 19, I had complaint few issues to Manager but seems that nothing is taken seriously.Once a good hotel now turning into a mess.

Paid 8500₹ for 1 night for deluxe AC room on goibibo which showed good photos of the room. Worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. Have stayed in lots of places. But this is the worst!!Checked out within 2 hours after checkin.1. Toilet seats fully covered in fungus2. Room was covered with spiders and insects.3. Lift was not functioning. Had to take the stairs!4. Stains all over the linen and pillow!5. Towels were in pathetic conditions, torn and had holes.6. 500+ sqft room had just 1 ton ac!!

Very low maintenance... plumbing issues in rooms... congested rooms because of too many furniture... one awesome thing was the pool... well maintained and great for the kids... even the elders enjoyed... Need improvement at so many levels..Hope to see Velan at best possible soon as we did about 10 yrs ago...

For the tarriff and service they are really costly affair. Not even a bottle of water was served on time. Five stars for cleanliness. Food was not good.... At times I found them uncovered too. For a budget room of 2600 per day, its a real waste of money. Not even 50 percentage of room was full. Staffs were really well coming. But over all.... Not okay!

Room rest room s not good. Flush s not working and no hot water.. dental kit s not provided. No buffet breakfast, only on order.. Apart from coconut chutney, other chutneys are refrigerated..

Good Space in Tirupur. Food quality needs to be improved. The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water around the clock for the tiredness beaten traveller. Good Staff. Very beautiful exteriors, trees near pool and the flowers fall inside the pool, which gives a very nice look, restaurant area is also pool facing, rooms are spacious, staffs are responsible.view from the room is also very good. However, on the other end, the interiors are too old like the TV, wardrobes, chairs and table looks age old. Food is extra ordinarily expensive, its like one single piece of kulcha is 100 rupees, Apple juice 200, coffe tea 100. They are too conservative about small things like milk powder sachets.. Soaps kept inside the bathroom. You ll get fresh ones only if u ask them. Complementary breakfast had sufficient dishes but however taste was not good. Overall, it was a good and pleasant experience.

The hotel is constructed in comtemprory replenished English style. Its has become old. Still looks good. Rooms are spacious and pool view was very good. I could see very less staff and few guests only. I feel this exactly reflects Tiruppur economy. I did not visit the restaurant, but food is priced very high. My room was not kept ready even though we called and remibded the hotel about our booking. 4stars is my rating. Balcony was dusty as Tiruppur itself naturally a windy and dusty town.

Service and comfort of the hotel is good.. convenient but not upto the level comfortable.. price starts from 2400/-(AC).. this may vary as i had gone in past and may change over time.. sorry couldnt upload pics because i was too busy in work..

The hotel has an amazing design. elevated lobby, impeccable landscaping, a lovely pool flanked by the temple tree. moat rooms have a balcony with pool view. the breakfast is served by the pool also most days. however, the hotel staff underplay the beauty of the property. they can do much better if managed with more aesthetic sense..

The hotel is strategically located for my business needs, the break fast & food is excellent, though a tad expensive for a place like Tirupur. But with the limited choices you have its an ideal place to have a round of business meets and end up with a chilled beer. The rooms, definitely need a make over compared to the modern boutique hotels that are the rage at the moment, for the tab you pay as a traveller I would expect the rooms to be equipped with modern gadgets especially the TV & cleaner bathrooms. The carpets are found wanting and need to be looked at by the Hotel Management.

When it comes to star, it doesnt mean that you r doing a great job.. how can be coffee prepared without milk powder? This will happen nly in dis hotel, very poor food, not a clean toilet, when it comes to switch boxes, it s al very old, nd I wudnt able charge my phone, nly then I had to disconnect tvs plug nd I used. yes swimming pool is good. Very poor parking service, very much carefree attitudes! Totally not satisfied with this hotel

Good exteriors, very spacious hotel, soft spoken staff however furnishings are too old.. May be TV set is like 40 years old, food is expensive like coffee tea is 100 rupees.. Boiled eggs 180. However, there are many restaurants around the hotel. I got a room with big balcony, swimming pool facing. I used to wake up by the peacock s cry around the hotel. The breakfast is served in kind of a balcony facing the pool which has trees which bear aromatic flowers. Hence I enjoyed my stay.

Velan Standerd GoneWe checked at 5pm.There was no air-con , just asked the receptionThey said, air condition switch on only at 6pm. Very hot in the room and waited till 6:45 to switch on the ac. In between We did many calls for switch on the ac.I think Velan hotel Tirupur getting down.

I was mind blown by how nice the hotel was. The manager was a sweet guy who was very polite and helpful. Check the bathroom before you book the room though. The staff was also extremely polite and helpful.

Facility, ambience, food, cleanliness and service was good but cab and spa services costs are rip-off. They also charge on per-person-basis and not on room basis which is unusual for me. Also, privacy is highly lacking...I understand the need to clean and keep inventory updated but I dont appreciate them doing it without my asking... they can open doors with duplicate key to clean even when u didnt give keys or asked them to clean...just knocking and entering on my lack of reply isnt professional.

The buffet spread is too small when compared to The Velan we knew couple of years ago. It was surprisingly that the restaurant was not even air-conditioned. We had mosquito bites as a compliment.....

No Plugs to charge the phones, dirty washrooms, crt tv in the rooms, old and dirty furniture. Not worthy to spend anything more than 1000 Rs but they will be charging 4000. Not recommended at all.
