I have been in this class for nearly 4 years and In my personal opinion the techniques and workouts are so inovative and effective .. no one should miss the opportunity to train in best karate school .... if you want to achieve or make yourself bold , fit , self defense, your are at the right place....For women / girls (note)its completely safe and this is the karate school where I saw lot of girls companions there is a girls team too.. from this you can understand that how safe it is..If you are lucky you will able to join the class..
