[ Worst Service Centre | Tirupur, Tamil Nadu ] | Devastated Brand new Honda Amaze 2020 CarIncident Details :=============· Date of Incident : 21-July-2020· Place : Tiruppur Sundaram HondaA huge disappointment, my brand new car was damaged @ Tiruppur Sundaram HONDA Service centre On 21-July-2020.On Ceaseless Follow Up of Honda Service executive For First Vehicle Service, I have left my car at service centre @ 09:50 AM on 21-July-2020.Around 02:15 PM ( 21-July-2020 ), I received a call from Service Engineer saying Car was bumped on the wall by his labour, during the service .A Brand New Car, less than a month old, yet to be registered, and finally the damage is from service centre end.No proper response from the managers for the replacement. They are forcing to take a damage car ( after the repair ).Customer Service Disappointment :============================- Firstly, I was not properly treated after this incident happened.- Second, We ( Me & My mother ) came to Tirupur @06:00 AM today only for vehicle service from Udumalpet ( ~75Km).- We were at Tirupur Sundaram Honda, Service centre till 06:30 PM. where no vehicle was arranged even to drop us home.- Me and my mother were left on the road, without proper response.This is unfair from your organisation which I never expected to treat the customers brutal.I personally blame myself on choosing the brand and the distributer ( Honda / Sundaram HONDA ).

Very poor service firstly there is no facility to drop customers after lettingthe vehicle for service. second delivery time was not prompt. i left the vehicle on jan 20 2021 for accidental repair for my front bumper and took delivery on 10th feb 2021. third delivery time it took an hour long wait at the service station to take delivery after i was being informed to come by 2.30pm.

Today I found big surprise from sundaram Honda Tiruppur..!!! Be aware!!! one of the worst place to go for Honda service..After done my car service,I found that they had exchanged my brand new stepney tyre and rim with used old tyre during service. While cleaning car i found that . Very poor service.. The service is not even reliable. There is no guarantee for our vehicles original part.. Be aware! . Dont prefer this location for service. Smart way thieves.. Better go for some other service centres...luckily I am having before after photos of my Stepney tyre..Now I am helpless...

Worst customer service and poor response.. Please change the dealer for Tirupur.. Else Honda will lose its brand value..Customers can prefer Manchester Honda..

You should be careful when you give you car for a parts replacement or service.... They are not genuine rather the service is done with duplicate parts which will go off within days.... If you go and ask the agency they will blame you that we damaged it....be careful of the fraudulent repairs from this service agency....

Customer service is not good at all and I wont recommend this dealer.When I raised a concern, I didnt get a proper response from the concerned person/team.P.S : Please consider this as 0 star rating

Worst experience for my brother.Brother Visited showroom for side mirror to get repaired. Post that the paint got faded and they are blaming us for the issue. They are not treating the customer properly. They are trying to get safer and blaming the customers.

One of the worst experience I ever hand in this honda service centre. They overrated the estimation of our car for a total loss. I had to move to another Honda dealer at Coimbatore I got it ready for almost 2/3rd of their bill value and saved about 1 lakh. I highly dont recommend this honda dealer for service.

Sales person was not interested in explaining anything. Ive to ask questions to get answers. Also there was no interest in anyones face to attend a prospective customer.
