They are more interested in selling the product and they dont bother about the customers once the billing is done, the way they treat the customers after billing would be different, i have purchased many products from reliance trusting their brand but due to few customer service members they might lose their business, i had purchased an apple product and they gave me unbranded adapter and a cable for charging, which was giving me a earthing issues on my phone , this would definitely damaged the apple product for sure, they give complimentary for all ur purchase which is of no use to the customers. after sales their is no customer service, Mr krishna told me that he will call me and update me on a product but never did that in fact i tried calling him but no response. i had purchased many products from reliance but if this continuous they ur team would find the graph falling down due to customer services.

The variety and reception of customers are good but not satisfied with delivery. You have to call them everyday to remind that there is a delivery unattended to. You cant expect your calls to be picked let alone get a satisfactory reply.

Worst experience with this showroom twice.1. Staffs are talented in selling the products somehow but they lack so much in delivery and installation service. Purchased an LED tv from them and had to wait for more than 3weeks for wall mounting the TV. Store is non responsive and they leave you to bounce between customer care and store.2. Purchased an AC recently as the summer was severe. Delivery was done in the correct date ,but as per their promise installation should have been done by 24 hrs ,but have waited for more than 3 days .still no sign of installation ,had to pay extra to a local technician to get it done. Very worst experience.Advice to the store : Dont promise something which you cant do. Leaving the customers to wait and not even answering the calls is a worst form of professionalism. Being such a big brand , its very bad for your image to keep continuing this kind of service.Boasting about your ReSQ team is not going to help. GOOD LUCK !!

I went yesterday for Bluetooth speaker. A salesman came and showed where the Bluetooth speaker is and he went... After that i have waited for 5 mins but nobody came to show the product... No customers inside the shop and all executives are free... Executives are busy talking with themselves and phone... First time I went there and had a very worst experience...
