I purchased a bike at Raba Honda, Tirupur. Regularly I maintain my bike and service on time at the same service center. The employees and the workers at Raba Honda are not working genuinely to the customers and they have become very indifferent in their responsibilities even after the fourth service of my bike they dont fit a small screw properly still now i wont get by bike spare (speedometer). Totally I get upset with the Honda and Raba Honda showroom. I felt this is the poorest brand and the showroom which I ever saw in my life journey and I do not suggest this brand and showroom to any person. Their first priority is only the money, not the customer satisfaction and now i bought a new bike at tvs. I raise email still now no replay , and my claim meter box not yet .Pls do the need ful , after that I will never ur store , thank u for ur quality of service .

Very much disappointed with their service. Within 1 month my activa got repaired twice and they charged me around 10k. After service I can see 4 to 5 intense scratches that was made by them and can hear so much metal noise after their service. Before Bill payment I have informed that there are some issue in the vehicle but they didnt took it serious and just advised me to drive 1 or 2 day, even then if got any issue means bring it back. After all of this comment I like to deliver that the staffs are friendly and treats customers well, but they need improve their service.

Can improve customer experience inside the service center. People have to wait for a long time to get their bike and pay the service bill. Today there was a huge crowd and no one is wearing mask. The queue is moving very slowly and they have to definitely improve the process or the staff or set limits accordingly. This is a risk for everyone as well as the employees. Otherwise, the service is good and all the staffs behave good.

The service centre is just ok with the service. Everytime after the service they do not care about the fittings. They definitely missed some bolts and they make noise in my bike for that i have to pay again. Most important the customer care service is worst, if we are waiting for bill or other services they didnt care about us, we have to ask several times to them for anything.

Very bad of their services need to improve much better. Not even providing side stand for new bike just a worst experience which was unexpected
