Good hotel but now customer care is so late and delayed

Its ok..rooms are look too old..but the location of the hotel is very good..pool is small.food also good.little bit high rate

Need to book before you go.. Experience was good when we went first. But this time it was ok, biriyani was ok and Pasta was worst! Something happened with their master chef I think.

Good for a break! Not too far away from Coimbatore. A serene atmosphere filled with peace n calmness. Pool villa one can enjoy it in private with ones own family members. And we had a sumptuous breakfast too!!!Had an awesome birthday surprise with family.Thanks to Poppys Team!!!

Good and palatial place. Toilets are clean. Parking place is plenty. Food items are good. Many gift items are for sale. Traditional items like hand grinder, dough kneaders are there for sale.

It is okay as 3 star hotel. But drinks food items are more costly like 5star hotels. So max avoid buying food items. Drinks from inside bar. Only room rent okay.

This hotel is nice and quite relaxing. Its huge and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. They gave gardens and lounges where you can sit and relax. The food is also nice, they have a small playground near the restraunt for kids. That makes it a children friendly place. This restaurant provides you with various cuisines. Overall this place is good

Always I stay here. Nice and silent relaxing stay. No outside noise. Very pleasant and good service. Front office manager Sundari is always very courteous and mr. Silam at front office is also very helpful. Overall great.

Staffs are not cortious and less responsive but rooms are good and breakfast is excellent.

Room spacious. But washroom not clean. Looking at bed sheet dont think they have changed it or either its become brown due to long usage .Should improve in room cleanliness . Reception process need improvement . We booked 2 rooms. When. We reached hotel at 10 pm , they gave only 1 and said that we have not booked the other. When asked for extra water bottle , it was charged extra . Since we dont have option at Tirupur , ok to stay. Or better stay at coimbatore and updown from here.

And wedding hall was so good 😊 I took a photo from wedding function in Poppys hotel 🏨 they did different kind of dessert buffet and it was very tasty and Good Quality too I really like the dessert. Hotel rooms was nice good ambience and excellent location and excellent service thank you guys 👍......................

We stay at Poppy’s every month and we always have a good experience. But the last 2 times at Poppy’s has been a horrible experience due to the rude and arrogant lady at the front desk. Her behaviour with the guests is just unacceptable. She forces us to check out at 9 30 am in the morning which we did not oblige to. And this is the second time she is doing this.Due to this we have decided not to book at Poppy’s next time.A word to the management - Poppy’s is going to lose a lot of customers due to the lady at the reception if something is not done immediately.

Very costly, for a middle class its waste of money. You need atleast 1500 per person to have a better meal here.

The plumbing fixtures have to be as good as what I have at home if not better. Interiors too are old. Food and service are good. Very quiet place and landscaping is fairly good. The room I stayed Premium Room doesnt deserve the name. Sign boards for restaurant, reception room numbers would make it better.

Excellent property. Outskirts of tirupur. But not a hassle getting into town. The rooms are well appointed. The property with its lush lawns and a small swimming pool is very soothing and a welcome change from the usual city hotels. The foods very good too.

Food serving quality needs huge improvement, Banquet staff are up to the mark.

It was a wonderful experience. People get two chances either to sit in dining room or to sit in garden area. We get good food there both veg and non-veg properly. Try having sizzling brownie over there.

Decent place. Has a nice quiet ambience and the rooms we stayed in were fairly new like. The hotel staff is helpful. Didnt have the food there, so dont know about it. There was a pool and a spa also. I think its one of the better hotels in the town. Areas of improvement - some of the stuff like the switcher between shower and bathtub was broken. Otherwise the bathroom was pretty clean and toiletries provided. - coffee machine blew a fuse so we couldnt use it

Good hotel with pool and other usual amenities. Rooms are good and the hotel is situated in a calm area. Good parking space also available. The pricing is a bit high though. There is restaurant attached to this hotel too. Recommended if you want a good room and price is not much an issue. Good for families.

Hi everyone, its a good place to stay. Function hall available for marriage, small function, they provide place for meeting, promotion, and dinner and charges apply. Easily access. Had dinner one night at 11 pm curd rice, friendly management. Didnt stayed night time. Food tastes good.

Great experience

When you are looking up for a good, decent hotel in the Avinashi/Tirupur region, Poppys Vista Hotels name would surely come up. It is a sprawling hotel spread over numerous acres, having Pool Villas, Standard and Deluxe rooms. You have the Edelweiss multi-cuisine restaurant aside the parking lot, followed by the Reception. The reception is a bit dark and damp. There are a couple of buildings having the standard and deluxe rooms spread across two floors each. There is a small standard size swimming pool, games room to keep you entertained.Best part was the room service menu. It takes standard time for them to serve the menu, which in itself is vast, covering seafood, South Indian, North Indian and Chinese delicacies. A bit over priced though, some of the items.The size of the rooms are simply amazing. VERY spacious rooms, with all the amenities that are generally found in a decent hotel. The bathrooms were well equipped too, mine had a bath tub in it :) Then there is a cupboard, TV, fridge, AC, working table and chair, many plug points, laundry bags, shoe shiner etc. There is newspaper delivered to your rooms too. All in all, when in this region, this hotel would be an ideal choice for almost anybody.

Fantastic hotel

Nothing wrong about the hotel except the location. Even though the check-in time in noon, we reached the hotel at 5.30 early morning and they provide us the rooms without any waiting time. The room looks good and clean. During booking, there was a complimentary Free Breakfast, which we thought will be a below average one as its complimentary. But it was amazing food..! The manager Mr.Pradeep was very helpful for our visit. We got the room for a good deal ... through Goibibo, ...

Was better, nowadays not giving importance to regular customers. Better treat the one who comes regularly.

High rates but poor quality of service. We order bhajia. It took while to deliver at room without any kind of sauce. When I called room service, they asked apologies and took another 20 mins, by the time we finished with snacks. Food quality and taste is below average. Morning breakfast was good.

Was here to attend a seminar for two days last weekend. The place is ok. Needs a little maintenance. Lunch buffet served by the hotel for the attendees was good. Coffee was just ok.
