The office guys dont know their own softwares and they dont know exact process. They told I cannot pay my loan online. It can only be paid with cash in the office. It was wrong. I had to wait for this to go to hometown and paid unwanted interest due to their ignorance. Later I got to know from an LIC agent that it can be paid online easily.
