Worst hotel I faced yet not.We pay for 3 bedroom and they only given as 2 bedroom there are cheating and say to ask on goibibo .The service is very very poor. Room is very dirty I felt very bad. There is no room for driver. Only compliment food for direct booking, not through app. Waste of money, hotel faculties are cheating. As a customer I felt bad in my journey.

Well maintained neat and clean rooms supportive staffs ..but the staffs at the restaurant needs to be more responsible ,,they take ur orders u need to wait for an hour so call them up again remind them about ur order they will simply tell u that they forgot ..its happened to me not only onec at least 4 times in last two weeks ..its become a habit of me that if I need something I order it in advance and will give 2 to 3 reminders call 😁😁..worst resturant service they literally dont bother about business or anything at all

One of the nice hotels you can find in this part of the country. Services and rooms are fine. They also provide a nice restaurant service which needed to be improved, although the food served is good.

Decent place for bachelors and short business trips. The staff are helpful, cordial and enthusiastic. The complementary breakfast needs improvement and better variation. If one stays for more than 2 days the breakfast options become dull. Otherwise all is good.

This is the hotel situated in the main road just opposite to railway station . Clean 10 mts walk before the bridge . Lift is available . Rooms are clean and well maintained. The bathrooms needs better cleaning . The stained commodes should be replaced . Being a non metro convenient 24 hours check in is ideal . Not that pricey but not so cheap . Food in the restaurant is definitely costlier compared to nearby walkable hotels . Overall ok.

2 stars are given for the room and nothing else. service is pathetic.. booked an AC room..AC wasnt working for our first 12hours.. while checking out I gave him the keys and walked out with a disgusted face. we walked 50m from the hotel and a guy from the hotel chases us and tells us bill bill.. Im like what bill!? we paid everything online and didnt even order so much as a water bottle from room service. .. I paid for an AC room and got half of it with a good portion of mistreatment...........

Service is too bad. The room we checked in to did not have any bath towels. Even after requesting for one we were not supplied with one. The food is overcharged and the food is so bad. Our room had lot of cockroaches. One bottle KF beer was charged 288 rupees. At the check out time they did not have any information that I gave them advance amount.
