I had a good time. The room is comfortable. But the washrooms need a little bit of maintenance. Breakfast is satisfying. WiFi network is superb and lacation is also very good. Nice interiors.😊

Very poor maintained hotel. Flush was not working, Health Faucet Gun was broken,AC mode cannot be changed (always at 16 deg), Geyser is On but no Hot water coming in any outlet. The most pathetic part is when we enquired this to receptionist he is giving us an most irresponsible reply that all the rooms are like this only.Also they allow smoking inside the room, when we entered the room with a 2 yr baby we could smell cigar. I lost my money, for Gods sake dont use this Hotel

Comfortable stay. Front office staffs are so polite and GRA staffs are very active. And they are ready to help the guest even in late nights. Theres no restaurant in this property thats only de-merit of this property I felt.

Rooms are good but no other amenities like room service and food. found mosquitos. difficulties finding the hotel because you cant find the hoarding infront they kept it on opposite road of the wall. Prices can be cheaper.

Its clean and services also good... You will love the place if you going for couple of days... Its best at affordable cost and as well near and clean with spacious

Infrastructure is good but the service is not that good. Have to ask for towels, ac remote, water heater, water bottle etc. AC was not even working. Shower was good. Not very clean.

Good budget hotel. you can get an ac room on about 1150 and the rooms, bathrooms are spacious.the reception is at 2nd floor and the entrance is little confusing. they has to put good light boards, over all enjoyed a good stay..

Food service is also to good.. I would recommend this hotel Thankyou all oyo team

I would have gladly selected zero if I had an option to do so. I booked a room for 31st Aug 2019 and reached there to check-in by 15:30. The incharge at the reception first told me that the room has a plumbing issues and asked if I can cancel the booking, to which I declined, stating that it would be difficult to find an other hotel at the last min. He then proceeded and asked for my ID, I handed my Aadhar. He then informed that the ID had local address and hence cannot be accepted. I then offered to provide my passport, which he declined , stating PP in not a valid address proof and that he only accepted Aadhar. I tried to explain to him that the address mentioned on the Aadhar is 50 KMS away from Tirupur city, technically not a local address, he wouldnt listen. Even the app said local ids accepted, All the while trying to figure out the rationale behind not accepting local ID as it made no sense to me. Why shouldnt a local book a room in the same city? (Although in my case, the addess on aadhar was 50 KMS away).He just gave some lame excuses, such a police wouldnt accept it..blah blah! I then had to call OYO support and they had to book another room from another hotel nearby and refund the amount paid for this hotel.Guess what, the second hotel had NO ISSUES accepting local ID. I then asked him what his problem was, when other hotels could accept it. I literally laughed my lungs out when he said zoning issues. As the hotel came under railway station zone, they would not accept local ID. Little did he know that the second hotel that accepted the ID, was barely 200m away from the railway station. It was just a little hassle for me as I was familiar with the city. What would be case if the same happened to some one who is a total stranger to the city, travelling with his family.

Excellent stay!!! Clean rooms, Swimming pool was also available, WIFI WITH PROPER CONNECTIVITY

Staffs were not polite .... No proper response .... Never expected OYO to be this bad ... I had different opinion from my friends that OYO has quality ..... Bad experience..... This place is not good for family .....
