I bought a office chair. Its very comfortable. Good product and worth for money.

If you are really lucky, you may get perfect product. Most of the time, they will repair some defect piece and keep it in display. After you take it to home, with in a week you will see the defects. They replaced me a defective chair with another defective. Please dont waste your hard earned money here.

Price of chair is 300-400rs more compared to featherlite showrooms. This extra amount on top of other showroom price is transportation charge. They are taking chair from chennai/bangalore showrooms. For transporting to tirupur we need to pay this extra amount. If you bargain, you will get good offer on chair price.

1. Prices varies highly from their official website.2. credit/ debit card facility - Not working3. If Credit/debit card transactions - Extra 2% fees applicable (dont know which bank is having this facility of charging for card transactions in this Digital India)4. If you plan to purchase you will get delivery next day after you send IMPS/NEFT transaction (IMPS - Instant Money Payment System) The reason they told is if we do a IMPS/NEFT their account will be credited after 3 hours and then their Accounts team will confirm the payment after that they will release the Materials.5. They will sharply close by evening 5.30 PM. Plan your visit accordingly.Overall this is above and beyond Government offices.I still planning to get because I like their quality.Need to improve the customer experience.
