Reasonable prices almost at par or better than online prices. Staff is supportive in selecting and finalizing the merchandise. There are good bank offers and festival offers as well. Need to see how the support and problem solving in long run.

Worst shop ever. No respect for customers, no reasonable price. God only knows about product quality.

I purchased two 5 star voltas 1.5 ton ACs. Experience in shop is nice. But for delivery ww have to shell extra. They dont do home delivery. Yowe have to pay delivery from not shop, but from their godown. Reliance Digital delivers to home without single penny extra. Installation guy charged extra even though they billed including installation. I paid extra ₹ 1500 for installing AC in 3rd floor. Installation guy was not happy and demanded extra after installation. It is very bad. After that I denied to pay more than initially accepted ₹ 1500. He left without doing patch up work as I was not in home. When I called him, he said he forgot to do that. But after multiple remembers also they didnt come to finish it. My suggestion to buyers is dont share OTP message with installing fellows. Theyll be friendly until you share message. Once you share it, then they show their true colors.

Two stars less because of few sales persons are not taking the responsibility of sharing all the details with customers i.e. to one of my friend. Had to revisit again to clear the doubts after the product purchase.

I brought a AC from this irresponsible store and had very bad experience.* They promised me saying installation will complete with in 2 days but after many follow-ups they installed it after 6 Days.* They told me that they will give latest model but delivered 2019 model.* I had to wait more than 40 minutes for billing (I didnt really found much crowd really didnt understand why they made me to wait)I SUGGEST YOU TO GO THERE IF YOU HAVE A TIME AND PATIENCE.
