Sold damaged piece for me. Told multiple times no returns are accepted. I got no doubt as i was in hurry. When i returned home, i opened the craddle, and it is unbalanced and not in usable condition. Be careful if you want to purchase any product from their store

Its not Firstcry outlet, it is franchise and first cry not taking responsibility for damage of goods. I purchased mosquito net for Rs.600 and one of spokes came out from net on 1st day itself. When I went to store to ask for replacement manager Anil Kumar replied irresponsibly and ask me to stitch it myself. And I called customer care they told me goods purchased in store is not our responsibility and complete discretion of store manager because it is franchise.Avoid going this franchises and order online.If same thing would happened with local vendor, he would definitely help me to replace the item.My trust towards brands gone with this.... thanks for Firstcry.

Good place to buy a different items of kids and good quality

Bought a baby teether from this store and when i opened the pack after reaching home, the teether is broken inside. When i asked for replacement, the store guy said they are not responsible for it. This store seems to be selling refurbished/used items. Beware of this store.

All baby products are satisfactory with a good quality.

We have been visiting first cry air bypass road,tirupati since 3 years.PRODUCTS and sales girl services are all satisfactory.But the problem we faced is we are unable to spend minimum time at shop due to suffocation as AC or fan both are unavailable.This is not the first time we are facing this issue.EVery time we go the same situation with ac or fan.Shop is full of mosquitoes and as its a kids shop,we take small kids with us which is very dangerous due to mosquitoes.Please take this feed back and the concerned management act upon on high priority .

There is no good collection of dresses. Even basic maternity products like breast pumps are not available. Products of Baby brands like babyhug, chicco, Luvlap, pigeon, onestep are not at all there.No good service. Always out of stock

Just waste of time going here. Ask anything, they say out of stock and will order for u. Go after a month for same product, u here the same dialogue again
