Fraud fellows...my parcel arrived 3 days back itself...till now they didnt deliver. worst service...unfit to work as courier agency

Customer care and website say item already at the delivery centre, but it wont be. Whenever it reaches Tirupati, they will ship it the same day, the problem is it wont reach the Tirupati delivery centre but on the website, it shows it is reached.

Product arrived before expected date, but these guys kept my package for 10 days, there is no proper call back service. They use to update false information in tracking status. I located the office in Google and collect my package today. They do not have worry at all. Worst courier service.

Fake updates for flipkart products and defaulting on deliveries without contacting the customers. Please avoid them on e-commerce websites if they are the vendors.

Its a very bad courier service dont choose this service bcoz it doesnt deliver the orders on time customer services are not responding.every time I received a msg that location was unlocatable by the delivery partner though I gave correct address which is located by all other courier services

ECOM - Tirupati people are very rude to there customers. There agents will tease the lady customers - by calling to there personal numbers and roaming around there house. Even if you complaint on these no one will care about you .

I would have given zero stars but it was not allowing me to write review without atleast 1 star. My shipment has not been delivered from 2 weeks and they reason they say is pincode incorrect!!!.. atleast tell something which is believable..they dont even attempt delivery

Bad service none of them will contact you but you will get a message in the evening that you havent picked the call and rescheduled the delivery. If this logistic service is handling your order, make sure that its cancelled or gone.
