Worest service in india

Ive never seen such a low expertise staff in a service center, they dont aware how to resolve the issue and played with me for more than 45 days and gave me back my laptop unresolved, Im more worried about their integrity and whether they gave my laptop with its original parts. Dear HP, its a lifetime ban on any of your products.

Service is ok, but HP should think to give more appropriate service. For example In terms of free quotation and etc.
