Good service. I like the wall paintings. The painter painted some female versions with nice expressions/emotions. Ac and lighting are fine..so ambiance is good overall. It is at a good junction too with ample parking

Terrible experience.We were waited for an hour for just 2idlys. Being a reputed hotel should show some good service as well. I would say horrible. Advice to management: Improve your service its absolutely very worst.

Its a 3-star hotel located near bus stand of TIRUPATHI. It also have a veg restaurant and bar &restaurant.Neera Bar&restaurant looks classy and the food tastes good as well. Ambience matters for all the ratings.Rooms in this hotel have good looks and they maintained cleanliness.Staff are also very friendly in helping.

Though it is same group to one Govindaraj Perumal temple. Food prepared their is much better. Could be we were bit late after 2 PM.

We have been at the Mohini restaurant multiple times for both breakfast and lunch. Very good food - the service can be slightly faster but the relaxed service ends up providing opportunity to talk to the family and spend some quality time while munching on hygienic and tasty food. This is our regular place for breakfast/lunch if we have some time to spend.

Hi AllI had breakfast in this hotel on 12th September 2021. Very worst hotel. This hotel has lost its reputation. Only few staff working there and the food taste is very worst.

Worst bar with very high prices. This review is about Neera bar AkA Speed bar. Charging 310/- for a beer with no complimentary food and again there comes taxes 😂A bar under a Steel Sheet and no AC! Think and avoid this.

Best part of this hotel is their Awesome Food and prompt room service. Staff are polite and very much cooperative. The hotel is bit old one but they are maintaining well. Even though I had few minor issues with bed linen and bathroom related items, they were apologetic about it and assured that it wont be repeated. Overall my family had a pleasant stay. Enjoyed delicious food. One issue is, they dont serve coffee till 07.30am which is very odd.

Stayed for for a day in bhimas during my recent visit to Tirupati on 31st July. It was closed for.long due to covid and opened recently. They are operating with lesser staff but managing the hotel operations well. It is neat and clean and taking covid precautions for covid. Very courteous staff. South Indian food is the best here .Currently they are having minimum menu available as the piligrims flow is moderate. A GOOD AND DECENT HOTEL TO STAY AND WILL NOT HURT UR PURSE.

I had taken lunch many many times earlier inn the same place for more than few years. But this time the lunch was very ordinary and below average. It was sad to note that the quality had deteriorated so fast. Heard that this was a new chef. But it was pathetic and poor range of vegetables. Poor was given as starters but the size was astonishing. It was slightly bigger than a 10 rupee coin size. It was a really bad experience. It is the real truth. I will change my opinion if the food or lynch stands improved

Great stop before or after Tirumala visit. Adequate parking and not near the hustle and bustle of Tirupati City. The restaurant is clean with decent service even during Covid times.

Such a arrogant management.. We went for banquet hall booking.. They denied to taste the menu.. Compare to other hotels very costly menu price.. Charging 20k more for manitainence,. Manager Mr. Shanmugam is arrogant where he forced us to book their own photographers and decorators.. We denied on our interest. He demanded 10k for other decoration party to allow inside hotel. I never see such charges anywhere in Tirupati. We tried for bargain but he left us in the sofa areas and closes the door..

There is no less rating than this. Food is fine but you have to wait at least 30 mins for even for a meal. No one pay attention at your table, you have to be like a beggar to ask for everything. Its like as if they are providing a free food. You guys not deserve to be in hospitality business. Very very disappointed with service.

We waited for more than one hour to get our order. Ambience is nice. But quantity is insufficient and quality is so so. You have to spare a lot of your precious time to have dinner here.

Good restaurant. Ambience is good. Centrally located. Food items are tasty. Service is good. Lunch is typical Andhra flavour. Happy experience for my family. Rooms are also available. Moderate cost. Enroute to Tirumala ideal for family stay.

Last time I went for meals the experience was horrible. They didnt anticipate the crowd and hence served half cooked rice. Even after we complained they couldnt bring properly cooked rice. Went with kids and suffered so much. Let alone the kids, even the adults couldnt eat that rice. Also they took so much time to attend the table. The lady who attended us at last was courteous enough though.Next time you are not prepared for the crowd, just tell them customers the fact so they can choose some other quick dish or place. Atleast they will be saved from the horrible experience which will make them think thrice before walking in next time.

The service was very bad. 11 AM is the check out time. They dont give any grace period. At 10:50 AM receptionist called me and asked me to check out. I said give me half hour and ill check out (All hotels give grace period up to 1 hour). Immediately after 15 minutes she called again and asked to check out. That is a very rude behavior. When I came down for check out, she didnt have the food bills ready. She cannot even speak proper english. She made me wait 30 mins to get the food bill ready. On checking the food bills, there were food bills which doesnt belong to me. The amount was excess. Later i spent a few mins to check and find out my bills. My bill amount was Rs. 2065. She is not good in calculating the sum, even with the help of a calculator. She asked me to pay Rs. 2388. I calculated the sum and the total was Rs. 2065. With great difficulty everything was settled out and i checked out. After 3 hours, same girl called my mobile and asked me, when i will check out. By that time, i have almost reached my home town. I said whats wrong with you? I checked out long back. After 15 mins, another guy called me and said that, i didnt pay the food bill and i have checked out. Then i sent him the proof of payment and the issue was resolved. But this is a very bad experience. The service is worst. A three star hotels service shouldnt be worst as this.

Stayed for one day. Room no 3011- poor response to maintenance call. Toilet door lacked handle or lock from both side. Worst, the round knob region was covered with a thermocol piece ! Reached around 8 pm after a long drive. The complaint call was simply ignored by front desk !! In general hotel was good, food was good. But if you happen to face any issue you have to simply bear !

Buffet Breakfast was essentially a Veg South Indian fare with bread, cut fruits and cereals. Taste & varietys amazing. Cost, contrary to our expectations, was super affordable. Strongly recommend.

I stayed in this hotel from 28th March to 30th march 2021 the room we stayed was fine but their restaurant ( mohini pure veg restaurant) sService was pathetic and horrible the waiter was not bothered to take our orde.we did wait for 30 min, still no response and very rude response by lady and order taking supervisor this had happened on 28th March ,the next day on 29th March we had ordered a room service for cofee but eventually took ages or I can say didnt come at all, then we went to their restaurant itself their waiters dont know to treat their guests. mohini restaurants staff were not courteous overall the service is horrible I would suggestwho is thinking to stay here dont go to mohini restaurant there are many better and good restaurant in tirupati. Went for lunch. They told NO meals even after enquiring 2 to 3 times. 15 mins later they provided meals to the nearby table. While raised concern about this the servers were blank, the supervisor didnt try to convince and manager was not even in sight. We left even before our order came and they didnt even apologize or try to convince us. Worst example for service industry.

Visited for lunch. Their service was lethargic inspite of sparsely filled up tables. The delay upset the mood that we couldnt enjoy the food.

One of the worst experience so far. Booked thru make my trip and checked in at 10.30 PM. Specially requested to allow checkout by 12 n someone that time got agreed too. Next day was on a Business zoom and someone named Sudarshan called at 11.10 am for chek out. Requested to allow till 12 but the guy was so rude and adamant to the room policies. A hotel where the Management is not even bothered to provide a soap in washroom till checkout, talking about the policies n Processes seems to be kidding on the name of Service Industry basics. Staff with so much of atitude?????? .....God bless the owner n his coming generation as they definitely going in a wrong direction. This guy Sudarshan should be ashamed of his behaviour and atitude ......

Unfortunately I went yesterday to the same restaurant no one was there and menu was fixed one reason they say no visitors. Food was pathetic. So many Mosquito couldnt sit also. I hope they revive to their old glory.

They could have denied it but they accepted..Coming to food - as it was a late afternoon lunch the pappu was not available also appalam which was a disappointing.Podi and avakka pickle was top notch.. Every other items were not warm and when asked with the waiters they were blank.. Even our request for warming rasam was not done even after repeated requests.Service could be better.. Understand situation but its a service industry

Had the worst experience here....even in small restaurant when the order is wrongly served they used to get the right order even when you tasted a part of it...here they ask for the rice back to get the right order.
