I decided to try out the small Fruit and Black Current Drizzle. The guy at the counter informed me that the cakes are normally freezed at -27 Degree, so that they remain firm for any transit. He asked me to wait for a few mins so that it would thaw a little and then would be in a nice temperature to cut it.In about 7 mins he got us both a piece of the Ice cream Cake. Fruit and Black Currant Drizzle consists of a very small layering a cake, a plain sponge , it is almost in millimeters only , then a similar thin  layer of chocolate sauce, On top of this there is a generous layer of Tutti Fruity ice Cream. The Ice cream though was really nice,(of course what else do you expect from Ibaco) with a generous amount of tutti-fruti in it. This layer was followed by a layer of  Black Current Ice Cream . This was topped off with a Cream layer which was beautifully pipped in the sides, and also had nice pipping around the cherry as well. There was also  white chocolate shavings thrown in for good measure. This really gave it a nice cake feel to it . The side of the cake was nicely covered with assorted roasted nuts.The guys at the counter packages the rest of the cake and handed it to us. The packaging of the Cake Ice cream is really wonderful.

Great ice cream with multiple options to choose from and ample toppings to choose as well. Pay by the weight and the service is fairly quick. Been twice to this place with friends and everyone loved it. The only drawback is the place to sit, I feel it’s a bit congested.

Ibaco, it is my first experience to go that stall .so ,coming to the point the taste was super not (excellent) the road side ice are very taste when compared to there...they give like u kilogram(kg) 1kg=950. Its very expensive to middle class familys...

Located on the Air Bypass road is the exclusive ice cream parlour. Myself and my wife have tested the Mango and black current flavours each together costing Rs270/-. We were not so much satisfied with the taste as we have expected more. With this, we have withdrawn our plan to purchase an ice cream cake to welcome New year 2020. However, the ambience is fine.
