Quality is ok but quantity is not ok. Compared to other outlets. Prices & Quantity. Place was good. Taste was ok. Disappointed with quantity with price.

Went here after getting disappointed at Jalpaan restaurant besides this parlour only to realise that both of these places are run by the same person!Ordered two black currant scoops and to my surprise, one of them was of poor quality and taste. Red Velvet jar was almost tasteless. Ordered a bubble gum stone ice cream and it was served 30 minutes later and that too after multiple reminders from my side. It tasted good though.Crowd management and service here are pathetic! Most people come here after eating at Jalpaan restaurant and that might be the reason behind this place still being in business.

Quantity is less compared to other outlets. When we ordered Ferrero rocher , they are out of the Ferrero rocher stock. Instead of informing the same , they mixed kit kat and delivered which is very bad. Not trust worthy.

Worst quality ingredients as you can see. This store a black Mark on the brand. Surprised to see that there is no quality control team for a brand like cream stone!Disgusting product due to worst quality ingredients like this as the Icecream is procured from the brand.Spent too much on the interiors and saving on quality ingredients?

Lousy staff and service. Taste is different from other outlets .Ordered for 3 portions of Large ice cream and all 3 are of different quantities.

Death by chocolate,French vanila, nuts overloaded teastyTheeygundiiii😄😄😋

Beautiful place and delicious ice creams and a lovely atmosphere. Ive come across some comments dont know why people try hard to get the brand down i mean atleast give the genuine review which is acceptable giving harsh review wont let your fame go up all the best..

Its best place to visit for mouthwatering varieties ! Very hygiene and soft-spoken staff ! Extraordinary ambience and very customer friendly service

Service was too slow and by the time you get your order it melts so quickly and you must finish it fast. Quantity seems to be reduced not the price. maintenance was bad as compared to initial days.we love the flavors so we visited again.

Iam ice cream craving and to my surprise Iam stunned by quality and service and quality is also bomb ! Bang on best parlour to visit with friends and family and very economical too

Cream stone TirupatiNear APSRTC BusstandApart from delicious ice-cream have to face poor customer service.

I doubt is it really the cream stone genuine store. Went there two times and both the times had nightmares. We dont get what we want and we need to order what they have limitedly with worst quality and service.

All time blockbuster for icecreams and waffels ! Must try with families cost reasonable and very hygienic and everlasting

Best management and extraordinary service ! Price and varieties @ best ! Icecream paradise in tirupati

Best place to hangout dont go by false review bisit personally and experience

Very nice ice cream parlor located near RTC bus stand. Ice cream had a great texture and tasted great..

Best manegement and best ice creams I loved crem stone

Really the service became very pathetic after some days of opening.. They charger you for full cup and give it in small cup when compared to other cream-stone branches.. They even stopped giving wafers with the icecream. When asked they said they no more giving it.. Only taste is good.. But they are looting the money from people.. You can check out the pics that they are serving now..

Very Good ambience. You can spend very good amount of time here. I tried Mr. Alphanzo and it was nice.

Loved it, great test ,fast service.

Delicious natural flavors , good taste, nice service ... Great experiences 😍😍😍😍

First of all the place is not clean but the interior is so nice. May be the corona has taken a toll on this place. But for sure the food quality is well maintained and the staff were really well trained and well behaved. Overall its a nice experience.

Most customer friendly ice cream palour

Good service.. Nice ambience.. Great night spot for chilling... Liked it😘

Cleanliness has not been maintained.

Ok ok..

Worst experience, service pathetic , better not go

I visited Cream stone in many areasBut the ambience are awesome comparing to another which I visited (I wish)The person who making Cream stone Ice Cream is not making properly , he is not beating ice cream hardly so taste is not like Cream stone ice cream its just fells like a normal ice creamBetter to ask him to make Hard beat to better taste (my suggestion)The Belgium dark chocolate thick Shake is made properly so taste was awesome

Bubble gum ice cream was amazing for bubble gum lovers and Willi Wonka is delicious for chocolate lovers

Ambience was good.. And if u want ice cream at midnight before 1AM u will get it here

You can find some good combination of icecreams. Icecreams usually a sweet desert I feel its too sweet here which stops you to have only one 😉

Need to improve customer service and product quality

Large variety of ice creams. Superb taste. Ambience is top notch. Service is excellent. Most recommended.

Very Good place to hang out with friends and family. Variety of Ice cream and shakes. Good taste and good staff.

Very beside Jalpaan they have cream stone so that you complete your meal and have delicious ice creams.

Tasty ice cream and also have many varieties. But more costly compared to the quantity. It will be better if the parlor reduce the price.

Super staff ice cream is very tasty and nice good feeling I love it

Not much expected taste and parking problem for cars

You might have tried in many cities, but here its must try for the ambiance atleast. Just loved it

Happy place ❤️❤️

Good Quality Of Ice Cream and Best Behaviour

Must Try Nutella Brownie.... Best One

Songs they play are very old and that fat cashier girl is too bad at taking orders, not active. Apart from this, store is good.

Best place for ice cream in city. Must try

Very very less quantity. Compared to tirupati, big cities like Hyderabad is very better in serving more quantity

Nice experience 😊

Nice place for stone ice cream lovers in tirupathi

Ambience is very nice

My number one go to place for dessert while visiting Tirupati. Its visible on the main road, clean, efficient and new place!! The staff are very helpful and the service is pretty quick! The air conditioning in Tirupati heat and a good dessert is satisfying! Recommend everyone to visit cream stone and try their wide range of delicious rich and sumptuous ice cream!

As soon as I enter they sanatize my hands. All staff were wearing masks. Felt safe. And the desert was yummy as always.

Experienced the worst hospitality from the staff. Worst behaviour.

Good place to hangout and good taste

Excellent place to spend your time leisurely with good friends and family..Neat seating arrangements and varieties of ice-cream to taste..Reasonable cost and excellent preparations..

Very wrost in tirupati no waste

Excellent but increase some chocolaty in creamstone 👌

Quality and the taste is as usual :) but the quality of people is not there

Good place . But maintenance is bit poor.

Good ice cream concepts

Delicious ice cream and so many varieties I have ever seen. Best place to taste various flavour

Good taste and service is also good

No neatness, lot of flies ,no maintainence at all.

Man, the Mr. Alphonso is crazy awesome here. They have crushed it with the seasonal flavours. Cream Stone as always have maintained their taste and variety of flavours in Tirupati too. The place is quite well furnished and the interiors are good. The ice creams are great and they offer a wide range of choices from pre built to custom ice cream options.

Its standard with cream stone quality service worth visiting this place in tirupati

Best experience...very good taste

Great place... Visited many Creamstone at different locations but this is best Ive ever been to. Great service. Awesome ambience.Keep going Guyz...

Cream stone is one of my fav spot with family, they provide more delicious and good stone ice cream taste for ever, please dont miss yummy

Good varities

Worst service, irr responsible staff, dear management pls groom your staff, during my visit there were no other table filled, no one attended to take proper order

Lack of service. I have seen many brands come to Tirupati and loosing standards I have visited 2 times this guys dont know speak to customer properly and there is no clarity of taking orders. They have taken order and forgot to make after 25 min they are reconfirming order. Very worst compared to other cream stones.

There is no place for a proper handwash . Thats disappointing

Love the ice creams

Taste is amazing.. and staff also very good

Best ice cream tasty in cream stone and delicious....&staff is very friendly.....&good service

We ordered nutsover load but we get only cashew without almonds they manage that without almonds Mr. Narayana swamy they are not informing before order.

They never have the items we want .. everything remains out of stock.. and today when I visited they stopped giving the wafer cup as well .. literally spoiling the brand name!!
