Lots of flavors of pastries and other bakery items are available. Prices are affordable. Only problem is that the staff doesnt seem to care about customers. Also, theres no seating arrangement. We have to hold the ceramic plates in our hands and eat.

Ordered cake for birthday, it was delivered in almost melting condition, the decors are dropped down, not a good experience, not going to order next time for sure, very bad

Very Bad experience. The cake was spoiled. They gave us very old stock cake. Never going back. Wont recommend it to anyone. They even told us when buying it was fresh and made today

Ordered muffins and puffs through swiggy.The puffs are oily and muffins are not fresh baked(there is no date of manufacture/best before for muffins). I gave 1 star for the packing. We are paying premium for your products expecting the quality. If you have failed in the basics then how come we order/visit second time or recommend to others ? Very bad experience.

Kadapa cake wala is worst. I ordered chicken burger, ice creams... All are worst.

Ordered birthday cake yesterday.Was pathetic in taste. Colored cream is so bitter.Cake is not fresh. Without any of the toppings in it.Wasted around 3600/- for 3kg cake.They just loot money without providing 1% quality too.A big disappointment during party.For 4000 we get lots more better cake in other place usually.Hereafter i dont enter here or wont suggest anyone too

Whole wheat bread is so tasty. Cakes taste good. Pastries are fresh. And yeah dont forget to taste the crispy puffs.

Cakewala ..i had a very bad experience today..i feel y i choose to purchase here..First..taste is very nice..but handle customer its very bad..staff they r failed in service..a few minutes ago..we purchased 1kg cake ..but there is no.knife available here. Its just basic need of the customer..and when we asked about that..its very careless response..from staff..taste is very important..at the same time ..customer handle also its very important..I think management failed about par stock maintains..any business when u opened first thing .to check wat customer needs..and maintain par stick..Next time i think twice .before choose cakewala v v mahal road branch..May be management may think 1 customer complaint its not big issue..but i can share my exp to all my ..frnds to finds..

Purchased red villy cake for 1200/kg and it is not worth as taste and quality is bad, felt cheated. In Bangalore in just bake you can get better cake for 900.

They are making and selling qualitiless products. Recently a person bought 5 pieces of cake from cake wala. The cake was a spoiled one .the children who ate it got infection in intestine.
