The cake I asked for was not what I received. They reassured me they could do the design and I got a totally different cake, made cheaply. The Liverpool logo was just stuck on the cake no blending, no care! Very poor. Furthermore, the cake was make out of buttercream and could not withstand the 8 minute journey home and collapsed. When I called to rectify the issue , they blamed me for it and did nothing to help the situation considering it was my sons birthday. If you have a special event coming up and need a cake to meet a good standard I would not advice you go to Cake Villa.

Simply the best. One of our favourite shops not just for cakes and pastries but also the chats are finger-licking delicious, takes us straight back to India. They have the freshest cakes at very competitive prices. Lastly, we love the trifles, they are the best you could get in London. And the people are warm and wonderful.

Cake villa makes the most delicious cakes. Its also easy to get a whole cake at short notice and for a reasonable price. They have cakes already prepared and on display. In addiiton to the scrumptious cakes, they also sell delicious biscuits. I would highly recommend Cake Villa.

I have ordered a cake for 55 people for my son birthday and it was really good everything test and decoration. Brilliant customer service meet your all needs. Definitely recommend. Best cakes I had in London . We order 3 to share in place today and 3 to take home. Every single one is amazing . Sponge perfectly moist , cream not heavy not too sweet . I felt like in Venice . I spend all this time and money going to fancy places for dessert and here we have almost in the end of London perfect cake !!!!

This is a great little cake shop with a good selection. It was quiet in there and only a few tables and chairs which was actually great. Was a comfortable place to go and the slice of cake I got was a decent size. Makes a nice change from all the chain coffee houses.

The individual portion cakes are very nice and light. They are a different taste and style than the kind you get at cake box - they are lighter and less sickly sweet which is always good! There is also a wide selection of flavours, the coconut being an unexpected success. Very convenient shop.

I must say the Chocolate Ganache Cake which my family and I had is absolutely delicious . The ganache is really smooth and sponge is very light and airy . The cake is freshly baked and really flavourful ! I would definitely recommend this cake shop to anyone as they also have many other varieties of cakes ,pastries with the choice of custom-made products according to your own desires .

My family and I visited today after our lunch for some desert, and we were greeted with great customer service, a lovely decor inside and the most delicious looking cakes on display in the fridges!Its great to have a family run business in our local high street! The cakes were very reasonably priced, and tasted delicious, lovely light sponges in all of our cakes!I also enquired about a large cake for my daughters upcoming birthday and what sort of things they could create and they could not have been more helpful! I have order 8 blackforest.and t was same as I wanted.The taste was fabulous. And texture was great. In short Im happy for service.

I am very disappointed with this place. Yesterday was my husbands birthday. I ordered a cake from here which was supposed to have been delivered to our place at 6pm as we had an online family gathering organised. I even confirmed with the lady at the shop the day before.There was no sign of the cake even at 6:30pm. By this time, I had messaged the shop on Instagram as they werent answering their landline number but got no reply. So my husband and I jumped in the car and drove to the shop which is down the road from us. It was closed. We rushed to the local supermarket and quickly bought a cake as we knew loved ones were waiting for us online. When we got back home at around 7:30pm I received a message from the shop apologising and saying that they had a burst water pipe and they had also misplaced our address and would get the cake to us in 15 mins once I provided the address. We told them not to come and to give us a refund. However, they insisted on giving us this free cake and turned up at our door repeatedly pressing the bell and calling us even though we had make it clear we did not want the cake. We felt harassed by them. I dont normally write bad reviews but the fact my husbands birthday was spoiled and of course the inconvenience caused by rushing out at the last minute to get a cake and holding everyone up online was inexcusable.

This shop is a breath of fresh air in Eastcote looking great, wow the cakes were amazing and the price was super value for money.I bought three cake slices along with a box of candy floss for only £7 I couldnt believe it.The worker also gave a free slice of cake to try on top of our order.Better than cake box 10 fold, better service better cakes better prices.Honestly try it out you wont regret it and you will never go back to any other cake shop.Feedback for the shop ownersI would recommend relaxing music in the shop, for those who decide to sit in and eat, adds ambience.WiFi for those who decide to sit in.And finally, I think your shop will do even better if you sold sweets too.But all in all... Worst cake ever. Was very dry just like a stale loaf of bread crumbs falling apart...Was told it was freshly baked but I completely doubt. All invited guests live locally and were very disappointed. It was my daughter’s first birthday and the cake was a disaster. Givin 1 star just for the icing. Very disappointing!
