Got my sandwich after 40 minutes. Had to ask them multiple times. And they didnt even remember what i ordered.And the wait wasnt worth it. They even didnt have the tissue papers.

They used to make good cakes.I was a regular customer there. For every occasion we used to order cake from there. But we had ordered a fondant cake, of about 5kg costing 7000rs. When I tasted the cake, it was dry and tasted like that of a spoiled. The worrest part is they refused that and even said that it tasted good.Very bad customer service. Dont think you should buy here.

Exotic Bakery items are available, puffs, rolls pizzas and other snack items are available. Ambience is good. Have a visit with your family to give your kids a special view of variety of cakes and pastry. Reasonable prices charged for all items. Good place to hangout with your friends and colleagues. Parking space is good enough to have a tension free parking experience. Locality and its reach to the crowd makes it more attractive to the youngsters and partying people.

Worst service they I ordered a cake they said It will be ready in one hour after one hour they said another 40 minutes it take after 40 minutes they said another one hours it takes worst service in tirupathi please dont buy anything in Baker by bans they dont have supporting staff

Loved it. Everything is perfect from small eats to freak shakes. Cakes are super delicious and also surprisingly beautiful. I literally couldnt take my eyes off the cakes that were in the display.

We were recommended by one of my friend to go here to get a cake. We never thought we could get a cake with the annaprasana theme. The guy who do the cakes was very clear what he can do and what he cannot do. We have shown him the idea of the cake. He said he can do it and he did it with even more beautiful and taste of the cake awesome. Everybody at the function love the flavour. Thank you once again for the delivery of the cake in that short time (2 days). Cost is bit high. No complaints there because of my requirement. I always recommended this bakers. I think they are the best in Tirupati. Keep going Bans. Good luck.

Hi bakers by bansIts too late process I given a cake order 2days before but still not at done I asked I want 12clk but they told 3clk ok said even 3clk also they are not given again they are telling 1hr more even 4clk they not given at 4clk they are telling sir cakes master just now came with in 30mins we make ready I said what is this at 4clk u guys are starting when did u finish tat and when did u cool the cakes in freeze its almost 6clk. At 6clk what I can do with tat cakes tell me. I stay in shop 30mins I seen wat they are doing the cakes masters are just playing inside.I never think bakers by bans this much late process guys please dont go for this if u give order means the function also will finish with out a cake.i surly ask the company please change the maintenance incharge who are making this. In Corona time almost they are free in this time also they are not giving in time means normal peaks time how they il give for u. Soo think and go for giving order.my choice is dont go for bakers by bans in tirupati. And its too costly cakes prices 3kg cakes its 5k. Soo think while going.stay safe stay home.

Poor response.They are biting more than what they can chew and it is affecting their service.Got damaged cake because of pathetic packaging.Spent 7000 rs for my daughters First birthday cake but they packed it very badly because they sell big cakes but dont have package boxes. All our enthusiasm was wasted and had to buy another cake from local bakery.On top of this, bakery ppl didnt even respond properly to our concern.

Its the best bakery I have seen in Tirupati. Many varieties of pastries and puffs are available. Chicken and vegetable rolls are available. Indoor seating is available. They accept cards too. Birthday cakes and special occasions cakes are available. Red velvet and truffles are their signature makes.

Just ok place. Price too high. Not many options in pastries. If you are trying to buy a cake without pre-order, it will burn a hole in your pocket. There are some ready to buy cakes available, but there is a fixed price on them irrespective of their weight. Overall I am not a very happy customer and will think twice before going in there again!!!

Very bad quality of food not even answering phone calls correctly unreasonably high and peak kind of prices for even very small quantities of foods.The food we needed and asked for over the phone was informed that it was there but as we went there they took hlf n hr literally to prepare or cook those small quantities of food and delivered us the wrong food item eventuallySo much saddened and disappointed with the prices and their taste.

Worst experience ever...ordered the customised cake...for looking it was great but the tastes very bad like street side bread cake and have ordered the flavour of blueberry but got the Vinella flavour and I didn’t feel any pastry taste in that cake.... the worst experience ever....wont recommend to anyone...the price is too high for this cake...it’s better to go with the normal pastry cakes instead of this customised cakes... be aware...
