An absolutely annoying experience. I didnt feel like giving even one star for the whole experience, its just not worth it.• Showroom doesnt have AC.• Zero scaled hospitality.• One of the salesman is the one who made it worse. He seemed completely unprofessional. No respect for the Customer. He was least bothered to explain about the product. He didnt even care to listen to what exactly am I saying so responding to those particular points is obviously out of the picture. His answers were very rude. This attitude of just one person in the firm will cost loosing many potential Customers. I intend to bring this to the authoritys notice.

Me and my friend went to showroom to enquire about creta, the sales person was very rude, not gave clear information about the cars, even he not allowed us to touch the car and told us there is no test drive while every other cars are giving testdrives. Immediately we both went to kia and booked two new seltos. The experience was very good in kia. We got our cars within 15 to 20 days of booking.
