Staffs did not shown much interest to allure us to get attract towards your new cars. Only 3 models were displayed and that too not briefed rather Hyundai people taken time to impress us to plan Venue. Please encourage and train staff in marketing & impressive skills. God bless

Today visited to fix number plate to my vehicle, the accessories service representative Mr. Subbu is very rude and irresponsible person. not possess professional attitude, just trying to manage things in foolish way. today i had very bad experience with this department. sales staff are good and responsive.

One more service center just have focus on customers money rather than quality of work. Dont fall into pray of big space and infrastructure. They dont understand the real dynamics of servicing, just know how to change the oils (without replacing necessary filters) and impose labour charges for unwanted work. Bhargavi Automobiles Tirupati.One of the most horrible Maruti car service center. If you want to feel cheated and burn your wallet - this is the place. I wont even give 1 star for this worst place. Dont ever give your car here for servicing. My car was spoiled after they did servicing. They simply give you reasons to repair parts which are working well and ask you to pay huge bills. Worst advisors and horrible service persons. They charged 3000 as labor charges for general car service and please dont come for car service at Bhargavi Automobiles, Tirupati.
I dont know about paid service but certainly I can say free service they are not doing properly. I have given swift for 2nd service which is a free service. When I saw my vehicle in ramp and went for a visit and asked the is service completed and he said it is done. I have observed that washing is also not done properly all the strains, mud at mud guard and bottom of the body also same. I have given first service in Nellore vishnu Maruti Suzuki service they done really good.

Dont believe it please skip them..After arriving of your vehicle go to the showroom then ensure that vehicle is arrived then you make payment at only the time of deliveryTHANK YOU

I given my car for frant bamper repair in showroom person are taking too much time and they are given delivery after 1month and at that time of delivery I get my car in in washing condition and I did water service in out side.I am not getting proper response person in showroom I desire and reference to my friends not going to showroom and same cost you get even less time with better quality your work has been done.

Good morning Team maruthi i have given my Ertiga Vehicle on 16/12/2019 to body shop met with small accident done all the insurance Processor and submitted.my vehicle got damaged spares removed but there is no new spares to rectify soon . There is no response from the team please kindly rectify soon.Please can you give the exact status of my vehicle by evening. I am waiting from last 12 days for spares only its not at all Acceptable.Showroom people informing there is no spares same answer from last 10 days. is this the way giving a customer service.
The showroom staff response is pathetic.They are very irresponsible.Dont buy a car from any of their showrooms(Both arena and nexa).If u want to buy, then you have to face lot of problems in service and they will test your patience.

Worest service ever...am from Karnataka my all new xl6 was hanged it was not able to start...any how we took our vehicle to showroom for service...we kept vehicle for 1 and half day that havent checked properly they charged battery and kept again in the battery as off we took our vehicle again in the night 10 same problem faced no one came to take care as off we called to showroom they billed.1500 once and for person who came to start vehicle in the road charged 500...and they broked vehicle head light and they r acting such that they r not done any thing ...pls people be care full when u r giving service to this place...they r totally money minded ..they dont have helping nature...very very worest experience.

SERVICE IS PATHETIC. Unprofessional work and do not stick to work commitment. Service engineers (the one I dealt with) was harsh and doesnt care about customer or quality of work done by their sub-ordinates. I gave my vehicle to vacuum clean broken window glass pieces in my car. Even after one day it was still pending. They started the work after I arrived to take delivery of vehicle next day. At the time of delivery, work was claimed to be done and charges collected after a wait of 1 hr but I was shocked to see that absolutely nothing was done and glass pieces were lying as is in the car. Post my protest, work was redone in just 5-10 mins. It amazing that for a 5-10 mins work a charge of Rs 450/- was collected. It was indeed a max 15 mins work if a vacuum cleaner was handy.I was a hyundai loyalist before I moved to a Maruti car and I nearly regret considering this kind of service and customer handling experience at this service center. Hoping that this experience is limited to this centre.
Very good receiving when compared to kadapa showroom. Overall my experience at Bhargavi automobiles is pretty good. Sales representative by name SIVA is doing good job here.

Worst place to go for Maruti car service. They are only interested in selling. After service is poor. Hardly anything worthwhile will be done in free service. Executive will take his own sweet time to attend to your problems .Customer lounge is like a dungeon. Poor aesthetic sense to maintain a showroom.Best advice dont buy from them so no problem of service at their mercy.
