Went there for Buffet. Salads were good. Chef likes pineapple I think or pineapple was the ingredient of the day. Selection of dishes and taste was good but nothing stood out in the food. Couple appetizers were really good. Service was not good. No response to questions and slow refills. Didnt leave a tip.

Worst parking space.Humid ground floor because of meaning less large fountain.Arrogant staff.By mistake if kids switch off dont disturb switch, cleaning staff enters into the room even though you locked your room, beware of this.Very expensive.Highly not recommended.Choose this hotel at your own risk.

The restaurant experience is good. Ambience is good. May be three star hotel. One of the best luxury hotels in Tirupathi.

The room and the hotel is beautiful. But a few things I didn’t like and can be improved - the front desk person was a bit rude, check in time was 2 pm and still the rooms were not ready until 2:30 pm. They charge you extra for even the basic things like cutleries in room, which I have not seen in any other hotel. Service is very bad. I asked for a hand towel, which Was sent after more than two hours.Taste and portion of the food is average, compared to the price.Limited parking area.felt like, I am in a hostel than a hotel. Too many restrictions and policies.The only good thing about the hotel is - the rooms are very clean, and it’s beautifully constructed.

The food was awesome. the chef was cordial in packing us a breakfast as we had a early morning flight. The location is just outside city but the property is beautiful and food is something you need to look at. the buffet was good with a lot of salads and veg food is too good.

Ambience is good. Kids will enjoy a lot. Food taste to be improved. Local way of treating guests has to be considered. Few staff cant understand local language. Overall few changes in treating guests along with improvement in food taste will give it more popularity among locals

Hotel is excellent,very neet and tidy.good pools in between the hotel,a big costraint is of thebuffet breakfast,which is very poor in tasta,it is not defenetly cooked by south indian cook,poor taste of idly,vada and sambar,even the taste of poha is worst.try to change a cook and go for a typical southindian cook,rest is excellent.

Room service is very poor. You need to call thrice if you want something in room. Though rooms are clean and food quality and taste is good. Hotel has good ambiance but the deposit thing they ask you at the time of check-in is really disappointing.

Stayed for 5 days and the experience was great. Room was spacious and neat clean bathrooms. Breakfast spread was great with wide variety of food ..only one or two items are changed on daily buffet

What you see in the images when you google Marasa Sarovar makes you think that its fancy place. That Fountain which is in the front of the hotel is the game changer ,makes one feel like a fancy place. Nothing Fancy but. A huge fountain to gaze from all the rooms, usual facilities that any 3 start hotel would have. Pool , gym, restaurant, spa , kids play area. very simple and straight. Service takes a toll here, they take too much time for even a simple service like getting plain milk to the room, literally half an hour for a glass of milk. Food was mediocre. Nothing to cherish and nothing to complaint . Hygienic stay otherwise. Little over priced . anyone can have comfortable stay here.

We checked in for a day, I understand that being a hotel in a Temple town, need to have the guests knows the rules in black and white, but the FD staff seems to be annoying and disturbing. We were told the accepted checkout time is 12 and after that is chargeable. I SAID OK for it and after a long drive going around Temple in Tirupathi and its neighborhood, we came to the hotel and rested at 11.45 and took a nap, deciding to do a late checkout. But by 11.57 the FD desk staff called on the house phone and woke us up, not waiting even for 10-15 Mins after 12 PM.

The stay was quite comfortable and really good. The food taste fell short else itd have been better.

Decent facility - however surrounded by lots of construction. Rooms are decent for a 5star facility.Staff do their best they can. Dont expect a Raffles or Taj experience, however.

It’s one of best hotel I stayed so far beautiful view from room if you opt for 3 or 4th floor.Best part is dining hall view surround you water food taste very good best part breakfast and dinner are complimentary and for special guest first day two beer are complimentary .It’s good option in Tirupati close to airport around 18km 30min drive.Only thing to worry was room key is a card which often don’t work it’s waste of time where you need to go reception to make it correct which may take 10 to 20min hope this hotel can have digital code lock.Adding one point here business call can’t be taken Wi-Fi Internet speed is 250kbps dead slow I used mobile hotspot which gave me 40mbps speed…

Beautiful hotel.. The dining place, the fountain, the pool are so amazing... The property has a great ambience. Rooms are quiet big n self contained... Spacious bathroom too.. Humble staff.. But in-house dining is expensive... U should consider to step down the pricing of food options for room service... Otherwise its a good hotel to stay.. Not very far from the main road..

When you go there, you will know that there is no facility like Five Star Hotel available here. It is a three star hotel. They have more open area inside, they only have it, else they do not have any facilities like Five Star Hotel. Their food is fine, but this hotel is not a five star but a three star. My request to MakeMyTrip is to correct the ranking of this hotel on your site so that other five star customers will not be inconvenienced by visiting this hotel, because when its ranking on your site is five star, your clients will consider it as a five star hotel. .

We visited the hotel in Mar 2021. This is the only hotel which was a 4* and above in that area. Looking at pictures we were very excited. For the price what we paid, the rooms were very poorly maintained, not sure if they were short staffed that is why. The moment we entered, we asked the room service to clean the room again.When you are filiiling your details while check in, they block a certain amount for emergency purpose, in our case it was 6k and we were told it will be paid in 3 days. After we checked out, I actually forgot abt the payment until this week that is may 1st week. I had to make follow up calls and none of the staff were actually helping and kept saying the same we ll call you back, but never called. Finally i had to email them and then an action was taken in 2-3days. If i would have forgotten completely they might have not returned the amount at all!Not that happy with these experiences, expectations were high!Food was good, location is good, i liked the way trees are planted around, nice for evening walks. Rest, loved architectural look and feel of the hotel.

Room service was very very slow. Had to wait 45 minutes for an extra pillow, and bedding wasnt comfortable. It gave us back ache. There were many bugs near the rooms. And theres only like 8 options for dinner and even less for breakfast. The decor is the only thing I loved.

I must stay that I would stay here on my every stay to tirupathi if it is with family. A very spacious hotel with all amenities(not opened though due to covid). Decent rooms and good food, though I felt that the room prices are a bit higher. The only hiccup is that they dont have any smoking rooms available. Very good place for a family visit.

Nice and neat hotel to stay. A relaxing atmosphere with water pools everywhere around and the view from the room is amazing. The breakfast also is good and staffs are polite and friendly. Front desk service takes a lot of time for check in and check out and they informed about last minute extra charges for occupancy only at the last minute.

The property and the Hotel is good but the service is really average. We booked 2 rooms and this is how our experience was.1. We had a Goibibo booking and they took almost 15 minutes to check and confirm the same. We had to wait so long with no other guest checking in at 8 Pm.2. The AC in the rooms did not work. After repeated complaints they changed one room. Still the AC was horrible and we could sleep in the heat.3. The lights in the washroom did not work.4. They wanted to charge us Rs. 100 per empty plate for in room dining.

The location and decoration of the hotel is good. Wifi connectivity took time and almost took 7 phone calls to the reception and almost wasted one day which was 23rd April. Well coming to the front office staff, need immediate improvements in their attitude and time taken for the procedure. I would mention as a disappointment, would have given 1 star if Kuldeep would not have tackled the situation well. Food is limited, overpriced and service is delayed in room. The amenities, location and the beauty of the hotel deserves 5 stars but the people management is dragging it down to 3 or maybe even 1 star. Nonavailability of the smoking rooms and hot air conditioner is another reason to give a second thought while choosing this hotel. I still didnt understand how suit boarder and a premium room border is different from each other? One gets to smoke in the room and the other doesnt😡😡. Next time will choose only if the necessary ratings improve in this site, else need to give a second thought while coming here in this hotel.

The property is fine. Please do not expect the 5star feeling. Where they lack is really on there service and the hospitality part. They have to work a lot more on it. There staff are not at all trained i guess how to treat or behave with there guest. But over all if you just want to stay and not interact or use any of there services then can go for it. Nothin where you would like to visit again for a stay.

Yes the rooms were really good but the girl in the reception was really very rude and her name is ruchika I think she does not deserve to be a receptionist they were not bothered to give the right information to the customer the way she talks her body language was really not good and I am hoping not to see her next time when we visit She doesn’t know the basic ethics how to greet or talk to customers please do take this comment seriously and do the needful

Perfect for family travelers, stayed here with my family ,my kids loved a lot.They enjoyed every moment here. Staff were very courteous and friendly they never say no to anything. My kids eat bananas every night ,i have forgotten to buy from Outside , i requested the restaurant staff for it ,they brought it and charged nothing. Huge area for kids fun time. Game zone and Swimming pool closed because of Corona restrictions. Buffet breakfast and Dinner were superb.Room is very spacious but bathroom is bit smaller than expected. Kudos to room service and house keeping staff ,they responded with in a minutes of time. Front desk team are very cooperative ,check in and check out very done smoothly with no last minute challenges. Basic Room(Deluxe) consists of Large queen size bed , 2 seat Sofa,1 seat Sofa and normal chair. Bed is very comfort for 2 adults and one kid,other kid can comfortably sleep in 2 seat sofa or else they provide extra bed for it.Location is superb and can find autos and transport to other locations .Hotel also provide their own transport on chargeble basis. Seems their fleet includes some 2-3 Innovas and some hatch back cars for transport purpose. Over all perfect stay. Will definitely stay at same hotel in my next visit also.Draw back : Only draw back is bit difficult to identify the location, if your are new, then switch on the Google maps and can rely on it. But once you enter the Hotel i am sure you will forget all difficulties in reaching there

We had booked 3 rooms, rooms were spacious and clean, staff were very helpful food was very good. had a pool view room. Due to covid pool and gym were closed, but had a good stay at the hotel. Hope to visit once again

Service was too poor. I believe they have staffing issues. This hotel really needs to hire more staffs because for every request we make, we need to call them more than 5 times which is pathetic and not acceptable in hospitality industry. I strongly recommend not to visit this place.Restaurant is too good. Food is delicious.
