Really Disappointed!!! Went here for replacing my exhausted battery with new battery and also for attaching the front display panel,they changed new battery for my phone(battery working fine) but the problem occurs in my display(a dot while hole),This got me irritation about the service when I asked about this problem to the service man(MI),They told me to use as like that or to replace the entire display for nearly 4k,Is this a valid answer????,MI should take action on this type of service centers..

Went to Repair My Poco Phone. Staffs are very polite & replied to of all doubts without any irritaion. They gave their contact no. To avoid unnecessary travel. Keep up the Gud customer care guys💚💚

Visited here for Redmi Network 3G/4G problem. The staff in the front counter receives the complaint well and in my experience, I bought the phone only 2 months back and i havent given my phone service anywhere they checked and said you have given the phone to some other outdoor service and i said that its a brand new mobile which is not given for any service since i bought. I repeatedly said that for 4 to 5 times and again went into the lab and told ok we will do under warranty and no payment is needed. But other than that the service is good and time frame is quite long as they said it will take 5 days to service. Overall good.

No timing followed. Irritated. Waited for long. MI should take care of this
