Renault dealership with showroom and service center.In service section, good customer lounge area is available with TV and magazines.For services, pre-booking is not mandatory but advised to avoid waiting time.

Their only target to sale the car.they didnt bother about next financial process.if any questions asked to the showroom person they simply reply we didnt response for financial side it handle in Chennai team only if any queries only send through mail they will solve the problem.we mail it .they also not give proper response.we called daily to financial person he/she not pick our call.after end of the month they put penalty for due. Very poor service.we didnt suggest renault car for my friends and my family.

I have bought a Renault triber form tirunelveli ARASPVPV and the experience was really nice with them and I have to thank the sales consultant suresh for giving a wonderful customer service. Note: I have visited tata showroom and their customer service and way of approach to a client is not as good as ARASPVPV Renault tirunelveli.

Went to book Renault Kwid.Mr. Thiraviyaraj approached us, we have already spoke much through mobile conversation.He took us for a test drive, stated everything.But he did not offered any price offers in the deal, that was so rude and frustrated.And he kept on saying us to book the car and buy it, that was so annoying.We asked for offers and he neglected it, didnt even they are ready to offer a offer for 10/- rupees. But wanted me to buy their car.Even after we headed home, that executive kept calling and asked us to pay advance and book the car.And I said because of No offers we are not buying the car, then he started yelling and kept arguing with me. He didnt allow me to speak a word, which was so terribly annoying.Hate the hospitality and service.Now I booked my car in another brand because of not giving any offers, you lost a customer Renault.Overall Not good.

The way the delivered the car is really worstWe dreamt for this moment for yearsBut there no arrangement from showroom for our delivery . Only one person was there and he gav us key and book .Reason they said is its Sunday .For least oru lemon kuda Vekla .We dnt even feltlik getting a new car .Hope you guys dont repeat this for anybody in future.Reason Im giving three star is their delivery process and everything was superfast. Very worst service, parked a car for insurance in kwid showroom and they were not supported to get the car insurance since we claimed insurance thorugh other offices, highly disappointed service. Thought of upgrade a new model in kwid and it was canceled due to bad service.

Okay at first I have to give 5 stars to people working here... My car broke down at 1.00 a.m. in the morning after which i left my car(near thalaiyuthu cement factory-on highway) aside and came home(shanthinagar) called the Renault assistance which never responded to my call(1 star for that) after that i got to the car 6.30 in the mrng... I got a mechanic number(Mr Nellaipaan) who has already seen my car... I contacted him and he gave his manager(Mr Santhosh ) number... So i informed about my issues he asked for 5 mins time...within 5 mins he called me and said the road side assistance is on the way for your help sir... I was just astonished.... The Renault road side assistance team came (Mr Stephen) to my car... They have everything in that car... I appreciate the whole team for the timely help... It got just 10 mins to get back to my home.... Thanks a lot guys... These five stars goes to Mr Santhosh,Mr Nellaipaan and Mr Stephen for their help... Carry on the good work guys

Very worst experience with this Renault showroom I have ever visited. Had to take my car for repairs due to it was hit by another Renault. Found later that the accident party brought the car from this showroom so the staff were so biased with me supporting the accident made party. Nobody was responding to me properly. Being from the same native place, Ive never thought Tirunelveli Renault showroom was such a worst idea to approach for. One of the staff was behaving so arrogant to me(who is in the photo) and he raised his voice as if he is the CEO of Renault. Top management should identify/address such people and issues. The manager has refused my insurance and he lied to me that I cannot claim even 1%. (Later when I check this at a Chennai showroom they assured me that 80% of insurance could be claimed). With their worst behavior, I really doubted they would completely fix my car (definitely they will cheat since the person in the photo was behaving like a local dada) So I had taken my car to a local car body shop who solved my issue perfectly at a cheaper price. I will not even prefer to give a single star, they have simply waster my 3 hours standing in their showroom.

Excellent service by the team.. person working in workshop are really helpful and good..we got orange colour warning when we were travelling but they got it done quickly and so we continue our trip without Hassel...service place also was maintained well...

I bought my first car in this showroom. Is to be frank i had a pathetic experience . At the sales time they committed with a lot things by words by trusting that i made such a blind decision. When the delivery comes we faced a bit changes but that’s acceptable and finally it comes to the first service they are behaving us in the the manner of there was no proper customer relationship. So I suggest all them if u going with this particular showroom it’s better to change your decision the product may be good but the way of selling is very pathetic. I thought to give 0 star but the option is not available so only I’m giving single star. Don’t disappoint your customer. Without us you can’t grow.
