Took my Dell laptop for service, The staff explained me so well that my laptop is working fine.. Without any hesitation and dint charge me any for explaining condition of my laptop by doing basic checking…Staff members behaviour is good.. Hopefully if i need any further service to my laptop, will expect same experience..

The Dell Exclusive Store at Tirunelveli is a must visit place where you can avail the authentic products and offers in the town. Avalon also quotes you the lowest price in the town. ( ofcourse, online stores provide you much more offers). Do check e-commerce sites for mega discounts on special days. They dont have a variety of showpieces. The number of models for display is ofcourse not sufficient. The staff are decent. The place is cool and well-maintained. Their after sale support is also quite cool. And, this is primarily based on personal experience.
