Tried for the first time. All sides were good especially sothi. Must try restaurant for vegetarians.

Taste and quality wise good but price and quantity wise bad for side dish. We have tried Gobi fry for that we need to pay 25 rupees but quantity is very less, same to other side dishes but meals will cost 100 rupees which includes two sde dish, unlimited rice, rasam, sambar, vatha kulambu and butter milk, specially for their pure vegetarian we can try for one timeCons: price of the side dish, parkingPros: taste and history

After a gap 10 years I have visited this place. We have ordered meals with side dish and soodhi. Soodhi is my favorite dish in Muthu mess. Try to maintain the same taste. This time it is less crowded. Homely food with no spice and less masala. Enjoyed the food.

Worth for money meals cost RS.80/-.Space is the constraint so be patient to get ur seat, especially with family.Location below the bridge, narrow road to reach.Overall good n fine meals.

Even though it is home cooked. Worst Hospitality. Hereafter I wont eat in this mess, because after all ginger pickle, I asked one more time, they gave me an awkward reply. That is ginger pickle costs Rs 100.

Homely mess. Simple and Clean infrastructure ie., Place, Tables, Chairs etc. Reasonable pricing. You can get extra side dishes, which will vary daily, at extra cost. Pure Vegetarian food. They are running this for a quite a long time. You can be assured of quality of food and taste. It does not harm to your stomach after taking. Seats are very limited and at times you need to wait for your seat. Food is served in banana leaf only. Sweet is also at extra cost.

I agree the food taste was awesome. But the way they treated is very very bad.we paid for 3 person n took the token n there was no token system for koottu.so they taken by mistakenly more money. After having food we told them some excess amount you taken they returned.we went down but one young person came down n argued for 10 rs that we havent given but actually they have taken more.this made me very bad even if we come with family.lack of trust on customers.

A good place to get traditional food... Lunch!Try for the Coconut Burfi here. Thats priced Rs. 10 and it tastes more than the money were giving. The Murukku here served also costs very less, but tastes very high. The hotel serves only meals, along with the meals you can select some vegetables according to your wish out of that everything is unique in its taste. Try the divine Lunch!

We can see the white roof to protect from sun.. earlier 2years back its not there...Now its available.. i gone after long period today to this Mess... Kindly arrange extra Fan that helps to all customers...its small request on behalf off public.... Also they are providing drinking water on Old traditional Copper vessels infront of cash counter.we can here Rama Rama Chanting while we take food...It avoids un necessary discussion when taking food... Over all it should be good experience for Vegetarian Food Lovers.
