Recently I gone for eyebrows threading but that lady didnt take 5 mins she was doing very hurry burry and also not even done extras hair at brows and also not even applying moisturizer .. very bad experience.

They change prices of services on face value of customer....they are really mean and try to cover up the their malpractice. Price of services is very high and they dont provide the quality service. Due to brand name they really cheat innocent people.

I had a layer cut done by Mr. Sujan sir and my husband had a hair massage done by Mr. Rajesh two days back. I was so hesitant to go to naturals as I had a bad experience from another branch near my home. I thought of trying the naturals at cantonment branch for the one last time and guess what. I was so satisfied by the hairstyle and their professional method. I really love this hairstyle and got a lot of positive feedbacks from my friends and family.

Worst experience here. So your membership card doesnt work anymore since they are asking us to take 1membership per branch, which will work only for that branch, and it costs ₹200 with only less than 10% discounts.Also the new stylist doesnt listen to you, argues with you and gives you a haircut that you could have done by yourself blindfolded. The quality of service here has become worst and the greed has increased.

A good place to have haircut and also they are trained professionals tasked to do this job. You can find no complaints in their work most of the time , but the only drawback they have is the cost which can literally make you think twice about visiting NATURALS again. I think the cost can be brought down a little bit.
