My friend pre paid cash 500rs for a 400rs cake,after he went out for a phone call, I went in to pick up the cake, and the guy asked me to paid 400rs extra. So I paid by Google. After knowing we got scammed we went back to the shop together to ask the 500rs cash back, but that guy who interact with both of us were hiding. I got no problem with this shop, but you got a scumbag worker need to be fired.

Very worst service at thillai nagar branch. Ordered unicorn fantom cake for my daughters birthday . Received late after several followup. Cake is not frozen appropiate. Literally staffs had forgotten the order which worth 5k and delivered worst cake at last minute.

Classy and quality bakers in Trichy. They have risen the standard for bakeries in Trichy. For more than 5 years, I have been their regular customer, none in the city make pastries like them. The quality of food is great. The cakes, cookies and even the bread was of great quality. Service is good and the ambience is great with soft lighting. The arrangement of the various food items was commendable. Would recommend as one of the great stores in Trichy for baked items.

Cake bee is a good choice for cake lovers. Different theme and flavored cakes and ice cakes can be tasted and found those delicious.Cake bee has many outlets yet i have visited here and feel comfortable. Here you have air conditioned dining hall and non a/c garden dining hall.Felt irritating with non a/c dining hall because of mosquito (no mosquito repellant) and delayed customer service, but it happened sometime earlier.

The best place in Trichy for cakes and pastries. They have decent variety of cakes. However, they arent flexible for customization (for example, they cant bake sugar free cakes or with less sugar). They get the cake base baked elsewhere where customization is not possible.The cakes/pastries tastes good and they are moderately priced. Service is good too.Rating with 1 star as they dont store the cakes properly. Mosquitoes fly around inside the fridge (check the attached picture for details).

Definitely the best bakers and pastry in Trichy.They offer wide variety of cakes,which they allow us to customize the cakes as per our wish.The SPL cake was Japonaise cake,which is excellent in taste,it costs 30/ piece,its filled with a wafered layer with lots of cream.Then they suggested for rosemilk cake which was also extraordinary.Sweet bread was so fresh and soft,coconut bun is also excellent.Need to say about the service,its highly satisfactory with polite staffs.Highly recommended ❤️🔥For those who think that cakebee is expensive- I would say just go blindly buy it without any hesitation and feel the taste,bcz they offer good quality product and ingredients.Had Christmas plum cake,price was 400rs for half kg,but its worth,superb taste filled with lots of nuts and fruits.

I bought yesterday the caramel flavour cake and the one of the receptionist mentioned that its full of nuts inside and it is a fast moving cake. I even asked him twice again if itll have nuts, he confirmed yes. But totally disappointed. Its just plain cake nothing inside. You dont need to give false information to sell a single half kg cake.Totally disappointed.

Bought a cake for more than Rs. 1000, the cake delivered was not the same as the design online. The more disappointing part is apart from the icing on top, its just an ordinary sponge cake below. We feel cheated, for a sponge cake with icing I could go to any basic store and get it for less than 300. No online delivery slots available, cake was delivered two hours late after constant follow-ups.Really pathetic, youre just getting from bad to worse. Will never order you from again.. basic cake for 1000+? Frauds... Hopeless staffs, unresponsive, laugh at customer issues.

Ordered red velvet cake, it was not fresh. It did not have that red velvet real flavour or color.Very nasty cake I ever had so far. None of my family members liked the cake.The service was also very poor, the staffs are not responsive. My overall experience with cakebee Trichy was worst. I never recommend this to anyone.

I ordered a chocolate truffle cake as a 30th birthday gift for my brother. It was excellent and probably the best cake I ever had. The entire family enjoyed it including my parents. Excellent staff service who wrote the greetings on the cake in a very professional manner.

I ordered online from cakebee and had the cake sent to my mother for her birthday. The cake in the picture online was exactly what she got and she said it was delicious! The delivery was prompt too. Definitely will use them again!

The wrong cake was delivered. When asked why they say this will taste good. And it is more expensive than the one you ordered. Irresponsible response from the staff . The cake is not bad. But they should definitely deliver what the customer orders. Delivering a wrong cake and not even apologizing for it saying some weird reasons ,I am sorry to say I am unhappy with the cake bee experience.

Cakes are good but the free delivery is a hoax!I have ordered cakes here a couple of times and have also visited the bakery. The cakes taste good and the delivery is good as well.The free delivery as mentioned in their website is not correct. They add delivery charges to the order when you order the cake online without mentioning it. When you visit the store, they explicitly charge for deliveries.So, the free delivery is not free delivery and it is quite misleading. The manager of this store was quite unapologetic as well. Except for this, Ill definitely suggest this place for good cakes.

Delivery was exorbitantly expensive (5km - charge: 80rs) and the cake was delayed by 4 hours. And the communication with them wasnt easy or friendly.

Cakes and pastries are good here. They take due care as I went to the shop at 8 pm for eggless cake which was not available then. They made it and gave it in half an hour. The cake was delicious too 😋

The shop  is well designed. However, need more attention in the table cleaning.  The black berry and the butter scotch cakes need more sweet.

Super cake shop. They keep on trying different varieties of cakes and in different varieties of sizes. They give complimentary balloons for attracting kids.They have lots of varieties as one of them is rainbow coloured cakes and lots of bread varieties and snack varieties and full of BLACK AND WHITE FOREST CAKES.

Online orders they cheating. When you buy nearly so fresh and good taste but when you buy in online so you get different and not freshness

We ordered chocolate truffle for my grand daughter s b day but she was asking for cream chocolate square cake which they fail to deliver and for the day gal alone v ordered cream cake from local bakery. Since its for the party other guest had and my other granddaughter immediately fell sick 😪. Vomit and diarrhoea. Guess it was an old cake 🎂. Never buying it here.
