I went there for blood test. They said it would take 2 days for results I thought its normal. Then they made me wait for 15 minutes when I went and asked the gal said there is problem with billing and someone is coming to correct it. Then I said I will leave she said no no wait maam he came. While waiting no courtesy to inform why there is delay and they dont have card payment either seriously at these times only cash payment. After taking the sample we asked if any possibility of reports delivered early that time they say that its only a collection point and the sample goes to Chennai for investigation. They do only thyroid test there. If they would have told me this while telling about delay in results I would have gone somewhere else. They say this after payment. I felt cheated by their service. I would recommend never to go here there are many other better places. Please take care of the rodent problem. There are few rats running around in collection room when we told them about this they didnt even apologize for the inconveniences they just smile and say it will go off. Seriously I didnt expect this kind of service from a reputed brand.
